I emailed and got a quick response from Liam, he found me a great quality product at a great price and offered to put it aside and hold it for me. Very happy with this store and will definitely shop there again.

Fitness Experience
They confirmed on two separate occasions over the phone that they had what I wanted in a particular colour. Because of this, I drove 40 minutes in both directions to pick up this item. Turns out they didn't have it, despite TWICE telling me they did. I imagine they thought I'd just take what was available. So... trying to support a brick-and-mortal business ended up costing me 1.5 hours plus gas, and I didn't even get what I wanted. Do yourself a favour and just order direct from the manufacturer or from Amazon.

Fitness Experience
I purchased several pieces of equipment over the span of a few weeks to outfit my home gym. I went to FE after feeling put off by another retailer. Each time I went into FE the staff were very knowledgable, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions, particularly Liam, who was my primary contact. When the equipment was delivered even the delivery guys were courteous and professional, and did an excellent job with set up and clean up afterwards.

Fitness Experience
Great service from Garrett as we purchased a rowing machine. He answered all our questions, and when we couldn’t fit the boxes in our car, Garrett quietly had a word with the driver and arranged delivery that day. This was late on a Friday afternoon, and he could see I had been eager to have it for the weekend, so he realized the driver could deliver on his way back to the warehouse and made it happen. THAT is customer service. Thanks again!

Fitness Experience
I bought an Octane Fitness Elliptical from Fitness Experience 2 years ago. Its has been excellent for both my husband and myself. When Covid 19 happened and my husband couldn't weight lift at the gym we were able to order a weight bench from Fitness Experience so we could set up a home gym. When our elliptical made a few noises I called and Jay came up to Duncan in a few days to do a full maintenance check and all was good. What a great company!

I have outfit my entire home gym over the past few months with Fitness Experience. They sell commercial gym quality equipment at the best prices I have seen. Make sure to see Liam if you go! Liam spent a ton of time understanding exactly what my needs were and leveraged his background in fitness to come up with solutions that matched my needs, space, and budget. Was provided excellent customer service while deciding which model of treadmill I wanted. Once I finally made up my mind, they showed up on time for the delivery and set up and took my old ugly elliptical away for me. Was extremely happy with the overall experience and purchase. Highly recommend going here if anyone is in the market for reliable top notch service and quality fitness machines!

Had the best customer service experience today with Liam. He was patient, super knowledgeable, friendly & kind. I can’t say how much I appreciated this experience after going to the two other fitness equipment stores in Victoria & felt like I was completely annoying the staff by even stepping foot in the stores. Fitness Experience will be my only option from now on, Thank you!

Fitness Experience
The staff here are very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. I definitely recommend shopping here if you live in Langford, and are looking for fitness equipment. The man who helped me was patient, and demonstrated how various equipment worked. It was great doing business with them, and I will definitely shop there again when the need arises.
