FedEx Ship Centre

I actively avoid buying from stores that ship using their service. The delivery workers make no effort to actually deliver the packages. The pickup location is completely out of the way. The workers at pick-up location are unaccommodating. They need to change their policies on pick-up. Delivery messages to my phone number, as well as order confirmations, shipping confirmations and proof of address should be ample evidence that it is my package. Repeated awful experiences with FedEx.

Driver will attempt to deliver, but if they can’t get into the building they will directly bring it back to the FedEx facility and not attempt delivery another time. No note. And the holding period is only 5 days. Very frustrating as their facility is a 20 min drive (x2) from downtown London…

Quick, easy pickup for me. (I didn't put 5 stars because the man ahead of me didn't have the same good experience. They'd told him he could pick it up at the office but they'd put it on the truck out for delivery.)

Very disappointed service. It was showing that my package will bẹ deliver on Monday then few hours before, they are texting that its delayed bcz of local area. They didn’t send any note that I can take my package.. I was just waiting for any update. They don’t even answer call.. and then finally when I went to know there in person that whats the matter exactly.. then lady said We have that package. Then what’s the problem? They should pick call, they should give note if they are not able to or they don’t want to deliver anyone’s parcel.. at least inform by any note, voice msg…. Worst experience in my life. It was my first try with FeDex.. but now I will never recommend it to anyone…

Delivery driver indicated I wasn’t home on a day I was home all day. Never left a parcel slip or rang the doorbell so I had no idea where my parcel was taken to or that they had attempted to deliver it. Fed-Ex’s 1-800 is all automated prompts and also didn’t tell me where my parcel was. Unable to call any stores and speak to an actual person.

It was busy when I got there. But they were very professional. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

This review does not reflect on the staff who work in the front office. They have been professional and competent.I am giving a one star for the staff responsible for delivering the packages. I am not impressed that my package clearly had my address on both sides. You would have to be incredibly illiterate or lazy to not be able to decipher that.They claimed that the address written on the package was incorrect. My address written on the package matched the address written on my ID card.This is unacceptable. Clearly there is a consistent issue with the staff who deliver. Fire them, and hire competent workers. There is no excuse for this level of laziness, or stupidity.People should not have to go half way across the city to pick up a package when it should be delivered to their doors.

couldnt find street addess 2 km from their ship centre that resulted in a 4 day delay that has been there over 25 years. had to pick parcel up myself. counter woman was rude and blamed everyone but themselves.

Great to deal with when shipping local or worldwide. Knowledgeable, reliable, meets deadlines. They have gone above and beyond to ensure shipments get to their destination at desired time frames. I would definitely use it again and will recommend it to anyone.
