This is the 2nd time we are coming back to this dealer, and I think it will be our choice in the future. The sales consultant, Henry, is very friendly and helped us to make up our mind very quickly. Even with the supply shortage, he was able to find us a Tucson Hybrid within just 4 months. Very happy with his service and will definitely come back again.

I got a great trade-in of my 2020 Prius Prime at DVN Hyundai for my 2023 Kona EV Altas White. I ended up paying less than my trade-in for my new Kona EV. Their consultant Run is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient in keeping me posted via phone, message and email with regard to their new Kona EV allocations and shipping status for the time being. I am extremely lucky to have them secure me a brand new Kona EV in just 1.5 months. Highly recommend everyone shopping for EVs at DVN Hyundai, they have amazing staff and reliable EV allocations.Update after 2 weeks driving 2023 Kona EV:I averaged out 14-15kwhs/100kms for 90% highway @ 100km/hr +10% city @ 60-65km/hr driving ratio.17-18kwhs/100kms if speed @ 110-115kms/hr. 1st week of driving it, I made 488kms out of one charge including 250kms highway driving and rests are in the city. Superb efficient, no range anxiety whatsoever. It is an awesome CUV EV for whoever is looking for an EV that is not a sedan but a SUV-alike driving position and dynamics.

I just purchased a brand new 2023 Hyundai Elantra. I've been purchasing cars for over 30 years, always new cars. This is one of the best experiences I've had in all the dealerships I've dealt with. I found everyone I dealt with there extremely professional and respectful of my needs as a customer. I dealt mainly with my sales consultant Geetansh Desai. He kept me informed throughout the whole sales cycle on the build of my car and constantly updated me on delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when it came in earlier than expected. I also dealt with Susan Su in finance on the extra options available. I found her delightful to deal with and very informative and patient. Hyundai makes a top notch vehicle and they've come such a long way over the years. The car I traded in was a 2009 Elantra, got me 14 years of perfect reliability. That's why I bought another one. I really think they outclass all other competitors, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc. I highly recommend their vehicles and this dealership is absolutely beautiful and full of excellent staff waiting to serve you!!!

After my car got rear-ended I brought it into Don Valley North Hyundai's Collision Repair centre to get it fixed. Pierre did a fantastic job as the person responsible for keeping me updated, etc as well as Mara. They both were very good with keeping my Insurance company as well as myself informed throughout the process. The repairs on my back bumper were fantastic and I'm very happy to be driving my car again like its brand new. Special thank you to the mechanics and people in the repair shop who I didn't get to meet but who worked that magic!!

There are a few superb staff members at the Woodbine location that I'd like to give thanks to. In the Services department I'm usually taken care of by: Sean, Salar, and Jesse. They are always very professional, patient and communicative. Things run smoothly when they are there. Extra kudos needs to be given to the Bodyshop department's manager, Victoria, however. Her dedicated team has helped me when my vehicle was hit and big repairs were needed. Pierre also went to extra lengths to help me out and I'll never forget that. Victoria's skilled team is very hardworking and I'm really happy that the trailers are gone and they are finally in a proper building.
