Chipheads Computer Repair

More then ten years ago now. I worked in a local Geek Squad and later an OEM white box manufacturer. I saw the inner workings of both companies repair process. I saw some poor quality repairs in my day, and there was a lot of room for improvement. So when my laptop broke I wasn't sure if I had 3-4 hours to order parts and dismantle it, or roll the dice on a depot repair. I made the right choice bringing it into Chipheads.Chipheads is not even on the same level as any of my other options in all areas (quality, cost, communication). They sourced the parts at a discount, and took great pride in the work they did on-site (instead of shipping it off to a repair depot). Far better then I could have done myself and they kept me updated perfectly. Additionally the cost was also lower then I expected (knowing how much others would charge 10 years ago).So glad I got to work with the team of talented employees! I am a very happy customer!

Last night I had a problem with my icons disappearing totally! Panic! Took my laptop to Chipheads this morning and they were able to restore all icons in about 20 seconds! These guys are pleasant, helpful and VERY knowledgeable! Thanks guys! Recommend your services unconditionally!

Yesterday I stopped in and Jerad (sp) was over the top helpful! I thought for sure I was going to have to leave my laptop to fix the problems I was having. He spent a few minutes with me and he quickly sleuthed out the issue and had me on my way with no charge! Excellent service!!!!!

computer went down and i was stranded. did not realize i could not run my business without it. they came out and tried to repair it on site, but hard drive was no good. they took it back to their shop and saved all my data and pictures. my tech that came out was awesome!! i will recommend them to anybody/everyone. five stars aint enough !!! thanks for bailing me out !!

They couldn’t fix my laptop screen. They said it was extremely rare and expensive screen (700 bucks). I found it on eBay for 85$ and fixed it myself. But they charged me for so-called “diagnostics” 59$....

I've used Chipheads twice and would recommend them to anyone. They did good work and communicated well. They replaced a power source for me once and a CPU fan later.

I ruined my Surface due to a coffee spill and had no backup (yes, I know I should backup regularly) and Chipheads successfully extracted all of my files - including data files from my applications - so that I could transfer them to my new device. They completed the work in the estimated time frame and the recovery was well worth the price.
