I initially purchased the Motocaddy M7, but because of supply (delivery issues), I could get a Stewart Golf one earlier. So out of getting it sooner and wanting to use an electric cart, I pulled the trigger on it. After a few rounds, I wasn't a big fan of the SG, and working with Adrian, he was kind enough to swap it for me for the Motocaddy when it finally came in. I can't thank these guys enough and would highly recommend them! Won't buy a future cart anywhere else.

Just a quick note to say thank you to the great people at JPSM golf. I have been a customer for some time and purchased a number of trolleys from them. I was gifted a Stewart Q trolley which came from the US. I had an issue with the remote control and reached out to the US supplier. They called JPSM on my behalf and the president of the company took personal responsibility to take care of my issue. Within a few days I received a new remote at no charge. Very impressed with this organization. Much thanks from a happy customer.

Just brought my cart in as one motor was facing issues. I was just outside the warranty period but JPSM said they would replace it for free and ended up replacing both motors as the other was making a slight noise as well. I tried to give them something for their trouble and they refused and said it was just part of their service. Couldn't be happier and on the day my cart does bite the dust I know where I will be going for the replacement. I highly recommend you purchase here for the peace of mind if there are any issues. Great work.Edit: Faced a battery issue (May 2024) and shipped the battery in and the team was as helpful as always as getting to the route of the problem and pointing me in the right direction. I can't recommened JPSMGolf highly enough.

i bought an Electric cart a month ago online. A part of the cart is defective. After communication with Them the only response obtained is that there is no guarantee after delivery. Merchant to absolutely avoir for online Pourchases. This is the First time that i write a negative comment towards a trader but JPSM really bas no respect for His customers
