Gerard and his guys are great. Very honest and dedicated to quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them for any project around plumbing, heating, gas or maintenance.

Originally referred to mech1 from a friend. Contacted them in May and took ~1.5 months from contact to the install of a specialty toilet in our basement which was fine but communication was slow and had gotten the sorry I forgot line. Plumber on the way out was on the phone with this boss Gerard saying “well now I know how to install an upflush toilet”. Worked well enough over the summer. After about 3 months a fitting started to leak rendering the entire bathroom unusable. I sent a text and left a voicemail along with a few other calls asking for someone to call me back to fix this faulty install (pipes shouldn’t be leaking 3 months after installing, especially with light use). Have yet to hear a reply. As of now I wouldn’t recommend this company for small jobs, communication has at no point been good and it doesn’t appear as though they stand by their work. Pretty disappointed.
