Had a great experience here. They had tons of selection for mattes, custom frames, and off-the-shelf frames. Pricing was very reasonable. My custom order was ready in under a week, and for my painting that fit a standard size frame, he installed it on the spot and I walked right out with it. I'll definitely be bringing more work here!

This is the epitome of the place you want to go for your framing needs. It is a family run business, father and son. They legitimately care about their work, know their stuff and are completely competent in their abilities.They are community aware, love whom they deal with and look for the best pricing for their clients, while matching the end result required.This is the only place I will go to for frames going forward.Philip I'd an outstanding owner and his son, Edward, has learned from the best. All I can say is AMAZING! I received my painting on December 23rd and I called Modern Painting & Framing right away to see if they could stretch it in time for Christmas... Not only were they able to stretch it, but they were able to frame it as well and save Christmas! I was beyond impressed. They are extremely kind and are their to help their customers. I was sent to this place by a well known framing store because they could not do the work required.I brought the piece to be framed and they did a great job in 1/2 of the time the big framing places take. They know their craft and they are good at suggesting a variety of options for you to choose from.

I recently had such a great experience with this great family-owned business that I had to post. I brought in 3 challenging pieces:1. A very large and somewhat irregular textile2. A rolled up canvas painting that was quite wrinkled3. A painting on rice paper.Philip kept the shop open late to give me time to mix and match frames and mats and provided great insight into what colors and styles would match and hold up over time. He helped me price out frames that affordable. He had the work done in a week. The final products look great. We thought we wouldn't be able to save the oil painting, but he had it stretched out beautifully. He had the pieces wrapped nicely so they wouldn't be damaged in transit. When we realized the textile wouldn't fit in my car, he helped me drive it home in his van!10/10 would recommend this business and will go back for future framing needs.

Phillipe Chan (the owner) and his son are phenomenal at what they do. There service is beyond exquisite. They are so helpful and have amazing ideas. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 12 years now.The owners pride themselves by being extremely detail orientated. Their prices are very reasonable. Philippe helped me hung the new order that I gave him and the ideas that he came with to add a flare to the house was absolutely amazing. I love his creativity. The store owner/clerks were very helpful! This is my second time using them. They sprayed my painting with a sealant, and provided boxes and assistance with packaging it all up for shipping! Saved me money and hassle and did a great job with the framing! My paintings arrived at their destination in tact!

Absolutely great service at great prices! We got paintings from our Caribbean vacation stretched over wood frames - they recommended a black border and it looks amazing! Super friendly too. 100% recommend.

I have brought two very important items to have a custom frame created and Edward provided exemplary client service and an amazing end result for both items - a wedding photo & wedding certificate and a paw print of our beloved cat, Chai.
