Was looking for a used car for about a month and couldn't really find anything worth buying, or anyone id trust enough to buy a used car from. came across a Nissan Rogue that Diamond Auto was advertising. I test drove it, and after spending some time speaking with Perry, i felt very comfortable purchasing the car. I've had the car for over six months now with absolutely no issues. The service I received from Perry along with the price and the great condition of the car all combined to make a great experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to shop at Diamond Auto.

I had such a great experience with this company, so I can't speak highly enough! They provided exceptional service and you can tell they very much care about what they do.I got a used Jeep (see pics) that has been refurbished in-shop. I was a bit hesitant to buy something like this, but they provided so much backup documentation and willingness to allow any sort of inspection my fears quickly went away. I even got a 3 year warranty to cover my bases; however, 6 months later I have had zero problems. I had some minor issues with one of the headlights - they fixed it for free while providing me with a complimentary loner vehicle for the day, and even shined up my car as an added bonus. I don't walk into any business expecting freebies; however, they sure are a nice way to make someone's day!I would STRONGLY recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car.. it is an experience unlike what you would imagine from a used car dealership. Very professional, courteous, forthcoming, honest, reliable, and easy to deal with! I am one VERY happy customer.

I had an excellent experience at Diamond Auto Group when I purchased my vehicle. Safwan was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The customer service is amazing, even after you have purchased the vehicle. His employee, Sabrina was very friendly and also went above and beyond in helping me purchase a vehicle. I can honestly say this is amazing, I would give it 10 stars if I could!Ive been searching for a car for 2 months now and have been to loads of different dealers. All the other dealers just really wanted to make a sale, they didn’t listen to what I wanted in a car, kept showing me cars out of my budget and tried to pressure me into buying something. This is my first car, everyone was making it so difficult and I needed one soon.But finally after two long months I came across diamond auto! They have a beautiful show room and a great selection, lovely staff that answer any and every question you have, and they provide you with background information of past owners, carfax, inspection, etc.They even waited an hour and a half after they closed, for me to get back from the registry office and put on my license plate for me.Love this place, I’m recommending it to everyone I know.

Excellent customer service. Patient staff who provide answers to all questions. It may not look that big but they have a lot of good cars at good rates too.For instance a 2020 Nissan Rogue for 25,000 with only 15,000km.They even let you test drive by yourself so you can be free to look at the car very well.High end cars available as well. The place is well designed. Some untouchable vintage for eyes only nestled in the corner too. Lol

I would recommend this company 101% not only to a friend but to everyone and I will go back to get more vehicle with them as soon as I need one. I never met a nicest associate as Zafwan before and the friendly staff . He's very professional and a man with word and honor. He is there to listen to you and resolve the issue to the best he could. So how can you say no to Diamond Auto Group. Best experience that you won't forget for a lifetime.In other words, when you buy a vehicle with this company, the staff will look after you and make sure you are satisfied reasonably from service, pricing up to the quality of their product.

We recently bought Chevy and we really got good service from Safwan. He answered all of our questions properly and he told us everything about the car condition upfront which we really appreciated. We had a minor issue with windshield water tank and he fixed it really quickly and assured us to come back to him if there is any problem in future. I really like his after sales service which I really appreciate. I would like to recommend Diamond auto group if you are planning to buy car.

If you are looking for a like new vehicle I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Diamond Auto Group!!! The service is the best that we've ever received and it's the first time that we didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle from a dealership. Safwan goes above and beyond to please the customer and is easy to talk to. The vehicle we purchased was fully detailed and in like new condition for a very reasonable price. He was also very honest and puts customers first. Very impressed and rate him a 10 out of 10! We will definitely buy from him again.

They go above and beyond! My entire family have bought cars from Perry and his wonderful staff. I recently purchased a 2019 VW Golf and could not be more pleased. GO CHECK IT OUT!! You'll never want to go to another dealership EVER again.
