I LOVE this cheese! The flavour and texture are incredible. You can tell the cheese maker is passionate about making cheese from the first bite! It’s an amazing find here in Saskatoon. I like to eat it on its own...a chunk or two for a snack. So good!

I love the cheese I bought when they were at Sundog last weekend !I kept the wrapper so I can google the company. I am so happy to find out that they are located just in Saskatoon !!
