Our daughter attended Windermere Kids since she was a baby and we always felt that she was in the best hands. We moved and unfortunately had to switch daycares but both our girl and us will have the most positive memories of her time at Windermere Kids. Teachers and staff are caring and responsive, and focus on the children's development.

So I had a zoom call with the Director and missed it due to a bad internet connection from where I'm currently staying! I send her an email after fixing my network on the phone and laptop to reschedule or do it again since I was half an hour - 45 mins late, and she never replies up to this day! I know she lost her seat and ( Thank god this incident happened because after hearing all the negative reviews about this place from mummy groups and communities) I would never want my child in this place. She could have at least replied saying sorry we contacted some other family, or whatever, but not replying is so unprofessional!

My daughter attended this daycare a couple years back. The daycare lost my daughter when she was two and a half years old. She ran out of the front door at the end of the day due to the negligence of the ECEs who kept the door open and was chatting with parents picking up their children instead of making sure all the children were safe in the building. If it wasn’t for another parent who saw my child running down the street and grabbed her, who knows where she would’ve ended up by the time I got to the school. I personally witnessed another parent bringing my child back to the school where I grabbed her and immediately reported the incident. The worst part was that when I approached the ECE in charge of watching my child, she had absolutely no idea my child was even missing. This kind of negligence should end in a shut down of a daycare. I’m surprised they are still operating. There are a lot better daycares in the area for the same price and who won’t lose your child.

My daughter started at Windermere Kids when she was 2.5 and attended for about 1.5 years. It was a wonderful experience for us and she had fun & really learned so much there. From potty training to singing to doing art to social skills, I could see the difference by the week. Her language skills improved dramatically and she really came out of her shell. The teachers were really great and helped me as a new mom, always offering helpful advice. I felt that she was in good hands there and she was coming home a happy girl! The HiMama app was also a great bonus and it made me feel like I was a part of her day.

Our daughter attended the Nursery School program for two years. She loved it and always came out with a smile. We were so lucky to find a place with two teachers who were dedicated to providing the best possible program for the children and were also looking out for their emotional well-being. We were very sad to move on from Windermere Kids but our daughter was more than prepared for JK thanks to the time she spent at Nursery School. I highly recommend this program!

Windermere kids has been fantastic for both of my girls. Both of them have had great teachers who visibly care for them and their development, which really eased our household anxiety about the transition into childcare. On multiple occasions we've had teachers take the time to give us unsolicited feedback/tips on our kids development, which really demonstrates the care they take. Would highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Windermere Kids. It is such a wonderful environment, and the staff are so attentive and caring. It is very well organized, and I feel completely confident with the care my daughter is receiving. She is thriving, has a ton of variety to her day, and learning new things constantly. An added bonus, my daughter quickly became an incredible napper after she started at Windermere Kids, and this is still true a year later. Thanks Windermere Kids!

I am currently on my third child at Windermere Kids. As we all know, all children are unique and while my first was easy going my second presented every challenge in the book. While he refused to go anywhere near a potty, the staff was patient and kind and very reassuring to myself. When he insisted on wearing a batman costume for four months straight and then added small gloves and refused to take them off, I had regular meeting with the staff as I was concerned about his sensory issues. The staff was all caring and attentive and worked on a plan (and he did take off the gloves!!). We went through speech assessments and kindergarten readiness challenges and the staff was amazing throughout. With my third now I am sad that every time he graduates from a room to the next I am one step closer to losing my wonderful support system in Windermere Kids. Even through Covid, I have felt that my child is expertly cared for, and myself and my family is also reassured and supported at every turn with excellent communication. Thank you! (FYI, the third has a mini glove issue - but it seems to have only lasted 2 weeks - fingers crossed)

We can't say enough good things about Windermere Kids. The Director, Jennifer, all the teachers and staff members, have been so wonderful to our children over the past 3 years. Our family continues to be wowed by the team's professionalism, warmth, care and dedication to our kids' learning and well-being. The kids (4 and 2) still bound in each morning -- that's saying something!The Windermere Kids team has managed the new challenges presented by the Covid pandemic amazingly. We've been so impressed with the measures in place and adjusted programming to support the physical and emotional health of the kids during this time.It's been such a blessing to have Windermere Kids as a huge part of our life and support system in these early years of our kids' lives. We are so grateful to have found a daycare that we so deeply trust and love.

We've dealt with many daycares in the last few years. Windermere Kids is excellent: caring, attentive staff, good communication with parents, lots of fun activities (drama, dance, music, library trips, etc.) and responsive management.I read the other two reviews posted here -- they don't reflect reality, which is why I wanted to post a review. We had the same teachers and staff the whole year. It is the kind of daycare where you can trust the care of your child with every confidence.I strongly recommend it.
