OAK + FORT

I've always loved Oak and Fort at Yorkdale so I was so happy they opened a location in Vaughan mills. I've never had to wait in line & have had nothing but really positive experiences. The employees are always friendly, happy to help & every time they always offer to start a fitting room when they notice I'm fumbling with a few hangers in hand. This store is twice the size of the one in Yorkdale and they have so many cute items! 2/3 of the store is actually stocked with sale items so you'll find lots of great deals here. Clothes are cute, sales are great, customer service is awesome :D

November 2021 2.5★This is a pop up store. This location used to be J. Crew. All shelving and store layout remains the same, just different style clothes.Personally, a bit over priced despite the sales and discounts.

These people are thieves. During their 60% sale off everything in the store, they had two price tags on every item, which was misleading. When the cashier was cashing us out we couldn't see the price of each individual item when scanning it, there's no screen or anything, and ended up with $+200 bill, after regrettably paying, they wouldn't give us a paper receipt, only email, and on top of all of that, the sale was final, no return no exchange. Way to go losing customers and reputation, making money scamming people. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

Great service. Sales representatives very helpful at this location. Contacted the store in the morning and a sales rep held a top for me as stock was low. When I arrived at the store another sales rep helped me find matching pants. Thank you!

Hi, I usually never write reviews, but I just had to say I had a very terrible experience at this store today. The tall white girl with curly hair was so rude and gave my friends and I dirty looks (although we were being very nice). She would speak to us in such rude and demanding tone and was overall being very sassy. She really had no customer service skills and I am not sure why she was ever hired. I felt very bad and insecure and wanted to leave after this without buying my items. I ended up buying the items I wanted, but honestly I really never want to come back here ever again because of her. I will be telling my friends who shop here to not come here anymore either.

While I simply adore the merchandise at this store I must say the service simply and truly lacks. I entered this establishment earlier this week only to be greeted by absolutely no one. My mother and I were in shock. As a mother and active member of the community I was shocked at the lack of service this shop had. I hope they find more motivated staff members as I hope my next time is more enjoyable.-Nina Lynne J.

I went to the super sale about a week ago, i love all the clothes that they put up on sale! (Great deal!) The staff was great, especially Cyra the manager. Who helped me and answered all my questions, suggesting what looks good on me. The location was clean and bright. Overall, will be returning here to shop again!

What a scam, they had a large lineup for 60% discounts and after we paid they said oh the discount is on the original price. THEY HAD 2 PRICES ON THE TAGS. They even sold us an item at a higher price than one of the tag. They didnt give us a printed copy of the receipt, saying oh we can only email it. So you pay and then find out you were ripped off. Oh and they hang a sign saying no returns or price adjustments. I am definetly going to report this place

Today I had the most blessed experience at this store my sales associate Jayden was such a help to me and was so intuitive in his styling, he was always checking up on me and my daughter and making sure we had sizes and giving us tips and what to style. The sale was also really good and I was able to get some really good stuff for a cheap price. Would definitely recommend

I don’t usually review any stores, but the experience here was so bad, I had to post this on here.The so called “district manager” named Beth was undyingly completely rude. No empathy for people who drove an hour from downtown Toronto to Vaughan to visit the store for their sale. On the Instagram ad, it clearly stated that they were open till 9PM. We arrived at 8PM and they started turning away customers. Beth started using her security guard as a pawn, and turned customers away, instead of actually taking ownership and perhaps trying to resolve the issue.
