Have tried to come here twice on totally different times. During open hours, and locked door. First time was 20 minutes after they should be open, and no one. Today, days will return by 1025". It's 1050am and again

Fantastic experience from when I walked in the door to when I had the equipment installed in my house. Gordon was well educated on the products and explained each piece of equipment perfectly for what would be right for my needs. No pressure sales here. The installation crew were fast efficient and friendly while being professional. Will recommend to everybody.

Amazing service!!! Gordon helped us and made us feel right at home. He was super helpful, friendly, genuine and went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed, and shipping/pick up arrangements. I 1000% recommend shopping here for fitness gear, especially if you are new to buying this type of equipment. Everything is top quality and seems like it will last a life time. Definitely worth it. I purchased an Octane MTX max trainer a month ago. I think it is a great machine and would not have considered it until discussing its benefits with Arlen. Great service, and a good selection to help make an informed decision. The installation crew was very capable and efficient, and had my equipment set up sooner than expected. Great experience overall.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Over the last year, with knowledgeable and helpful input from staff I have built the home gym I have always wanted, with limited space.From doing barefoot deadlifts (not possible at commercial gym) to being able to workout without leaving my home, it was worth every penny I spent. Tell them what you are looking to do and they will guide you in the right direction.The prices are reasonable, the people know their stuff, and the equipment, especially dumbbells, will outlast you.

I wanted hex dumbbells that did not smell toxic. The good folks at Fitness Town said they had them. I was skeptical because I've heard this before and been disappointed. Not this time! Zero smell from day 1! Excellent quality weights. I ended up grabbing a couple of other items too and was very impressed with the staff. I only have one suggestion: the store needs some TLC in terms of presentation. I suspect the clutter is covid related and this will be addressed as things open up. This will be my go-to shop for any home gym equipment in the future.

My boyfriend and I came in to buy a cable machine and can't express how wonderful our experience was. The owner, Gordon, helped us and was very honest and transparent throughout our time there and helped us with all of our needs! 11/10 recommend coming here for any of your fitness needs!
