I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the service I received. Although they offer customizable burgers, I ended up with a burger that was close to what I ordered but had random toppings added or removed. When I asked for Cajun seasoning on the side, I didn’t receive it or other missing items.This isn’t a one-off experience. My family has had similar experiences three times recently. It’s frustrating when you order food and don’t receive what you asked for.I would recommend that the restaurant listen to their customers and ensure that they receive the food they ordered. It’s important for restaurants to provide good service and ensure that their customers are satisfied.Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience

I recently visited Five Guys Shawnessy and was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by one of their employees, Victor. From the moment I walked in, Victor greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome as a customer.Throughout my visit, Victor was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a great experience. He patiently answered my questions and provided me with recommendations on the menu items, which was incredibly helpful. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was about the different options, and his enthusiasm for the food was contagious.Now let's talk about the food. Five Guys Shawnessy's burgers were absolutely delicious. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and abundant, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned.Overall, my experience at Five Guys Shawnessy was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Victor. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great burger experience, and make sure to say hi to Victor when you're there!

I took out the fries regular size. I was shocked when opened the bag at home. There was completely burnt and crashed fries. I drove 5 kilometres for buying it. I had to came back to return it. I showed it to guys .They had resistance to accept what they saw. I returned back not because five bucks fries .I wanted to explain to them they must be more respectful and careful with take out because when people take out they don’t have a chance like people dining in. I don’t know why they don’t understand that. I recommend you double check your food before leaving.

Great staff very friendly. The cost is outrageous though I got 2 burgers and it cost me 27.00 the bacon was way over cooked the patties were burnt and very small and the completed burger was squished when wrapped. The bathroom was also very dirty.

I won't ever go to this location again. I don't mind paying $6 for an order of fries from here because at every other location I have ever been to you get a generous amount of fries. Usually the cup and then a scoop in the bag. Looking through the reviews that isn't common practice at this location. There was maybe 20 fries total in a regular order. The gravy was bigger than the fries. Extremely disappointing. If you go here do not expect the normal order you get at other locations. What I do give them is the girl at the till was a sweetheart and her smile was very welcoming.

Burger AND fries says it all. Always a bit of a wait, probably why they offer peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait. Need more tables that are lower not the bar high tables.

I have been here numerous times and have always had great food and excellent service. But on the 3rd of March, I have to say the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. Thank you, Mitchell, for really making it a wonderful experience to be eating here, and thank you for doing an excellent job and putting an amazing effort into cleaning. I definitely look forward to eating at this fine establishment again and would highly recommend it. Oh, and one last thing they do serve gravy at this 5 guys, so that definitely puts it up a notch from other locations.

I agree with other reviewers that the fries at this location are a bit skimpy. I enjoy the food but the value seems to be decreasing over time. Location is reasonably clean. I will usually come here when I am craving a decent burger.

The food and service are great. Couple of problems though. The tables are almost never clean and also all of them wobble excessively making it hard to eat. One of them is literally about to fall apart. It's doubtful no one from the staff has noticed. I feel like they can't be bothered ro fix it. It's been like this for months now. Please fix it.

I always love stepping into this Five Guys! It's very reminiscent of the 1950s. I love the feel of the place. The service is exceptional and the food is excellent, but it's the atmosphere that entices me every time. Keep up the great work!
