First time at this store, I was greeted within 5 steps of entering. If you want the best for your pet, this is the shop. I am impressed with my experience, I would highly recommend this pet store.

The people working in this location are so wonderful and helpful. Even with my monster of a dog going crazy over the wonderful array of treats right there for him to sniff at. He was offered and given water (which due to his giant flews, drooled all over the floor) and they immediately cleaned it up after him. We cause a bit of mayhem and they totally took it in stride. Thank you for an easy experience!

I came in with my dog to get a pair of boots. I asked the two people standing behind the desk where the dog boots were. Got a blank stare and a finger point from one of them. Stood by the boots, and neither of the staff offered any assistance. I looked at the boots and decided to leave.If either of the staff had uttered even a syllable to me, I would have purchased a pair of boots. Nice selection of boots, will go to another store with friendly staff to make my purchase.

This store is amazing. All four staff that I have dealt with on numerous occasions have always been so helpful and kind. Today I had to return a bag of cat food because my cat has developed an allergy to the food in it. They returned it no problem, helped me pick out a new food and even threw in a free sample bag! Outstanding customer service. Thank you all.

I have this Finicky Foundling cat Poe! He becomes tired of his food easily so we switch it up. They are very helpful at offering suggestions at this location. (Shoppers World on Danforth) Close to home too, convenient to other shops too! Thanks!

I got what I wanted for my turtles at this place a new lamp a new bulb and a bottle of water conditioner....Cost me about $135.00 They had the audacity to want to charge me 25 cents for a bag to carry it out of the store in. Trying to Chisel your customers for another quarter isn't a good look.
