DO NOT USE. VERY POSSIBLY A SCAM.On a busy towing day they were the only company who gave me an ETA so props for that. Despite this the ETA was over an hour.Invoiced me on the phone because their drivers aren't allowed to collect payment for whatever reason.Was put on hold until the system hung up.I called back and was told my e-transfer couldn't be found.Truck wasn't dispatched until payment was confirmed and had to wait for another call.Got a call from their dispatch, which was Safe Road Rescue (google says out of the Battlefords). After 2 hours of waiting I was told that the truck that was to get me broke down and I would have to wait until morning the next day. I insisted someone come ASAP or to issue me a full refund. They called me back and said it would cost an additional $300 for another 2 hour wait. I opted for the refund.Called another tow truck company. They came within 30 minutes and cost half as much.It was completely unacceptable, especially to keep me waiting in a hot car on the side of the road for 5+hours on a work day.Reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I just called and asked for someone to come out and give me a boost. She told me the price would be over $200I Called Auto and they asked for $52.50These people will rip you off!!!
