I recently had the pleasure of working with Karim Kadri when looking for a house for my sister. From day 1, Karim was extremely responsive and was helping her to get pre-approved for her mortgage. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Karim was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. He was also able to get her the best interest rate on the market.
