When you need to see someone last minute, late in the night, weekends…. they’ve always had hours available. Yes you have to wait and the visits are usually quick, but that’s what you should expect at a walk in visit. My family and I really appreciate the availability of this clinic.

I called at 10am and they said there were 8 people ahead of me. At the time I came in at 11:30am there were still 5 people in front of me. That means it takes 30minutes for each person to be in there. So I am very skeptical of their reservation and queue control. There is no screen to show who is in front of you and what your order is. It's all controlled by the front desk staff. This is unacceptable in this modern world.

One of the worse doctors i have ever seen, very arrogant and impatient. Expecting kids to behave like grown ups no sense of humour at all. First had to wait almost an hour even though there were no patients waiting before me and then face a bad attitude from the doctor where instead of trying to calm down the child who was scared he was showing a very bad attitude. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL.

They are very busy - from my experience, the waiting time is around 2.5-3 hours. Usually, I check in and then go outside for a walk or to read a book in the UWaterloo library because you can always multiply the waiting time they told you by 1.5-2 times. I guess they do their best with the volume of patients they get. I had good luck with doctors listening to me and giving me referrals/prescriptions that I wanted to get. But you better be a bit assertive so that you don't get dismissed after a 3 minute conversation.

Sunday morning, at 11 am, receptionist told me out of capacity, I just see maximum 10 patients there, that means in next 4 hours, the doctors only see 10 patients. And last time I went to pharmacy next door, took me over half a hour to get a medicine. It’s so inefficient there!

Worst experience ever!I had no issues with wait time and people working around. It was not so busy. The Doctor (guy) was really rude to me. He wasn’t not even ready to hear what I want to say and he wants me to leave. If he is in such a hurry and can’t even talk to patients properly why do this job.All I want is to get a doctors note and he isn’t ready to hear me out. Not going to this place ever. Thanks to the doctor.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a walk-in clinic and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-maintained.The wait time was minimal and I was quickly seen by a doctor who took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.Overall, my experience at the walk-in clinic was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the level of care I received was top-notch. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical attention, and I would definitely return if I ever need care in the future.

I have been here numerous times for allergy shots. It is always quite busy, I recommend coming a bit before it opens if you can so you are not waiting for too long. Sometimes the doctor does not come in till after the clinic opens, so the wait is even longer. There is also limited seating and if you cannot find a seat you need to wait outside or in your car.I have had multiple doctors administer my allergy shot, but one of the doctors sort of worried me as he was unsure of how to do it (there were instructions with the serum).

I visited with my 8 year old son and realized the clinic was at full capacity at 11am. The nurse was so nice and advised me of another location to try, I explained this was my 3rd location. She was SO kind and asked the doctor if he could squeeze my son in. The doctor said yes. She also said I didn't have to wait in the clinic and to come back for 230. They also called to let me know the doctor was ready to see him. The office is also very clean and organized, quick, efficient, empathetic. As a mom I am so thankful they actually cared about my child. He ended up having strep and I'm so glad they saw him. Thank you guys so much .

I always get fast service here. Reception area is never more than a couple of hours' wait, and the doctors take prompt action. This is not the kind of place to go spill your guts for 30 min and get sympathy. But if you want quick and efficient results, this place is great. I've seen several doctors here over the years, and none of them brush me off or make me feel like I'm imagining symptoms. They promptly take action to order diagnostics, prescribe medication, or make referrals.
