My wife visits this salon 2 to 3 times a month and is super happy with their services!

Worst service I've ever had. I think they overbooked themselves yet took me as a walkin knowing they had appointments coming in. Lee who was working on be became snappy and when I stopped to look at my nails she said i have customers waiting let me do my work" to which I replied I'm also a paying client I have to like what I'm paying for. She did such a bad job

I took my girlfriend here for a set of birthday acrylic nails for her. She was very pleased with the service and the end product. I had a mani and a pedi by Jen and the service and the end product was excellent. I did speak with the manager regarding the cleanliness of the salon which needed some attention.

Not the cleanest salon - they do not use bowl liners for pedicure chairs and attempt to disinfect using Fantastik cleaner. The technician tried to remove my shellac by chipping it off with nail clippers. Very nice staff.

i called and book an appointment last minute yesterday, i called at 1:15 and they were able to see me at 2. i just wanted shellac on my finger nails! i rushed over there and walked in right at 2, and was told to pick my colour, i didn’t get seated to actually start my nails until 2:20, which was fine i could tell they were running a bit behind. but then, the thin lady in a green dress sees the colour i chose, which was this cute light pink colour and the whole time is telling me my nails are “no good” and “too short” for this colour. as she’s painting my nails, she doesn’t even file them or anything, i have to ask her to file them. she’s getting the nail polish all over my skin and isn’t doing a professional job whatsoever, literally just keeps telling me my nails are no good for a colour like this? i ignore her, and this other lady comes to take over and she was way kinder. when she was finished, she told me i was good to go.. they didn’t clean up my nails or anything, the original lady that i had literally brought lotion and hand oil to my station with my nail polish and not one of them, gave my hand a massage or anything, they didn’t check if my nails were dry, didn’t clean up the nail polish around my fingers. it was not a good experience and that was just like 30 maybe 40 minutes there for something so simple. sorry but, not coming back.

I have been twice. Both times I was injured. The second time the dremel tool cut my toe and I bled everywhere. Owner knew and didn't even apoligize or offer discount. DO NOT GO!!

I have been coming to this salon for about 1 year now and I am very satisfied with their service. The ladies are polite and very accommodating. Always a warm welcome with extra care during services rendered. The massages are wonderful hands and legs with hot towel placement! Great job on my ingrown removal. I recommend 100%

I leave very close and because of that I try this place multiple times and every single time Manicure and Pedicure Shellac - everything is badly done every single time. Cuticles are not done properly and the finishing on sides and ends are horrible. It always pell off very early (less than a week) but this time was the worst; I did on Saturday 5 PM and Sunday about noon one nail started peeling off by afternoon couple more... I went today Monday 3:00 PM to try fixing she told me she was busy to come back in half hour. I came back 3:30 she was busy with another customer and said I have to come back latter. I just decided to leave and make sure at ;east this time put a review. Don't waste your money and time at this place. Go someone else!!

The worst customer service ever.The owner is the most rude person I have ever met in my life.She really needs to learn basic customer skills.Highly disappointed!!

I recently returned to this salon and had a terrible experience so I’ve decided to revise my review. Initially, I thought the service and prices were good. Vivian, who I assume may be the manager or owner, would not listen to my requests and instead argued with me to the point I almost got up and left. When asked to see the colours again she refused to bring them over and instead picked the colour for me. Needless to say, I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.
