GREAT SERVICE: They replaced my sister’s iPad screen and backing at a very reasonable price in just a few business days. Knowledgeable salespeople/technician gave good advice when asked. Check hours before stopping by: they’re a little bit odd.

I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. They said 2 hrs to fix came back 2 and a half hours later hadn't even been looked at. Was told it was a busy day. Guess they didn't want my business. Or more important people show up. Found another company fix for $20 cheaper and when they said it would be done.

TLDR; 10/10 Would RecommendBefore going to this place I had read the reviews, saw a few negative ones. I still decided to go seeing as how it was on my way to work and there were still more 5 stars than 1 star complaints. Can easily say it deserves 5 stars, I got my phone back within 4 hours. Chatted with the guy, super nice and straight to the point. Not everything can be fixed and some people just maybe don't quite understand what goes on when fixing phones. Not everything is gonna be a one fix fixes all kinda situation. Maybe your experience will be different, but I would absolutely recommend this location

Went there 1 year ago cuz my phone won’t charge anymore. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Fixed it fast and gave me a free battery lifespan diagnosis. Definitely a great place to go fix phones!

We took my husband's (old) Iphone in because the battery would not hold a charge. William was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered to replace the battery and make sure the new battery held the charge before handing the phone over and charging us. No high pressure sales, just great service. The phone is working like a charm now. Thank you William and Cellular Magician.

Was not treated fairly by another computer store. Yet every step from phonecall to in person service with Cellular Magician staff at Sheerwood. I must say was very professional and i was treated with the utmost courtesy. Flawless repair of Acer Chromebook 315. I certainly know all my future electronic repair needs will be taken care of at this location. Very Satisfied!!

Even during a a busy day I was able to get my phone battery replaced in under 3hrs! Including using OEM adhesive to retain my water resistance on my phone. Thanks!

Changed the cracked screen on my tablet. Results are like brand new can’t even tell it was replaced. Took a few more days then expected but I was given a discount. Good customer service. Would use again and recommend.

My phone screen was severely damaged. I inquired about having all of my data transferred before sending it in for repair.The service took almost a month just to transfer photos, videos, contacts etc. Therefore, I was without a phone for that amount of time and they still charged me $175.00.A data transfer does not require that amount of time to complete.When I received the USB it was difficult to find everything. It would have been helpful to label each category as I now have to dig through multiple folders to figure where everything is.The customer service is good but my experience was unnecessarily long.
