The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help. It’s so easy to talk to them and I like how young the place feels. Definitely recommend going to this location.

if you want to buy very expensive bags with very bad service you are most welcome in Marc Jacob.their bags easily to be scratches from the first use .

Had a great experience picking out a new piece with store manager Julio! He was super helpful and patient in showing me all of the various bags I asked about. Super happy with my selection and would return again. Got snapshop bag btw :-)

Came in to purchase the large Tote Bag in brown leather. They had one bag left and I was so happy to grab it. When the staff went to wrap it up, they realized they had no gift bags left in the large size. The manager Toby was incredibly helpful and offered to send me the shopping bag to my home since I explained I lived quite far from Square One. He then followed up with me to let me know the shipment was on it’s way. Great customer experience and much appreciated customer service!

The first time I went into the store was to buy my first bag. At that time the representative was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I love the bag I purchased! Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect with the bag that I noticed 3 months later. I came to the store and Natasha was so kind to help me out and directed me towards emailing their manager with pictures of the issue. The manager, also every kind, had an exchange really for me within 2 days. The product is well known for being great but the customer service at this location is truly phenomenal!!
