Service took far longer than what was expected, the price was almost $20 more than what was on their price list. The lady who was doing the nails was very slow, cut me several times, got glue all over my fingers, and was quite rude. Not impressed at all

Perfect friendly little shop to fix my nails, the guy took his time and was very personable and funny.I definitely reccommend this place!

This place is horrible, my best friend and I were getting her nails done for her birthday, we wanted a fresh set, as she was starting she asked us what shape she wanted and we were expecting to get a new set but they said “no we have no time” and they were very rude about it. they are unreal and i would not use them ever again!!

Got a set of shellac (gel polish) done and they were gorgeous! I use water very often at my job but my nails lasted over a month now! Would definitely come back!

Horrible service! They told me it would take 1 hour, 1.5 hours tops. It took 2 hours. They said it would cost $55 plus tax. It cost over $70, and I was cut multiple times in the cuticles. If there was an option for -1 star review. I would pick it. But hey. At least they didn’t offer me my receipt.

Very bad service and more expensive than what they indicate in their catalog, I got a lot of cuts and pain, my fingers are glued and my nails hurt. Also, they don't make the design you request.

My nails were amazing!!! They were very cleanly done and stayed for quite some time even with all the abuse they go through at my work haha They were very quick and the prices are very affordable I definitely recommend!

I’ve gone a few times now. Always for “gel nails” and the service isn’t consistent. I find the lady typically always files to hard and last time I went she actually cut my finger from filing to hard, and forgot she did and re-filled the same spot(their was already blood at this point) she said sorry but blamed it on the shape of mg nail, basically saying it’s my fault she filed to hard and cut me. She was also falling asleep while electric filing my nails and drifted off and filed the skin under my finger a bit before I winced away for her to notice.When it came time to pay I inquired why I was being charged for a “new set” when I got a “fill” , they said it’s because I got colour. However, I got 1 straight colour( no gems or any fancy designs) and no where in their pricing does it say that is more. I personally don’t want clear nails. I feel that’s false advertising. This was my 3rd time going and it’s never consistent. Needless to say after this experience I won’t ever go back. I will be switching to someone else who actually follows their price and doesn’t hurt me.
