Absolutely the friendliest staff! My girl got fixed and needed a suit because she’s so big she still could reach with the cone on and the staff came right out to my car and assisted me! Thank you for such a great experience here at the store!

I went 3/4 of an hour before closing. I was browsing and I was told to leave if I wasn't buying anything. The older man said they wanted to clean and me being in the store meant the one staff member had to be at the till...I didn't know whether I was going to purchase something for my family member's pet, but I left and will never give them business again. I don't live in that city and our store, where I live would never treat someone like that. I am an older adult and he was intimidating and rude. They don't deserve my or my family member's business (who purchased a lot there for their 3 pets) business.. Shame on them!

Rude employees who didn't know about the products in the store and actually debated with me about the purchase of an item i have bought for years. It turns out that I was correct and she never apologized and refused to scan the loyalty card. Honestly, I am just going to go shopping elsewhere.
