Registrars and students office were not helpful. You can submit your concern through the web form and you'll get canned responses. The payment site is not reliable as they will charge you twice and you have to wait weeks to get a refund. After paying the full amount of tuition fee, they also took the money from my student funding. Made me over paid the amount. I contacted the web form and no one can explain why this happened. We are talking about thousands not cents. I hope you can improve this. Don't leave the students clueless.

Nait is ok but not my first choice. Very costly if you look around you have options if you're going into the trades and going back to school for your apprenticeship.E.g. Pipe Trades College you don't pay for parking as extra, you don't pay for lockers as extra and it's cheaper. Naits Plumbing common core (same program different Nait title) was at $1250 last I looked, Pipe Trades College 850 and everything said above is included. Don't forget after signing with Nait you need to pay for books... Could be 300-500 more. PTC was only 369.I get a school that needs to make money but come-on, that mark up is crazy.

Karmen was unbelievably helpful and very friendly. I went in knowing nothing of how to apply and she walked me through it step by step without confusion. All places need more workers like her.

I really want to do the DMS program at NAIT so I decided to take the Open Studies classes required to guarantee me the interview. I signed up for my classes on the date they opened up on July 29th and got the class I wanted which was in person. I paid the fees and got my confirmation email. However, my schedule tells me that I'm in the online class that meets once a week instead of the four day a week in person class I paid for and got confirmed. I hope they can switch me to what I had originally registered in. I'm upset because I had such high hopes for this school. They really went downhill since the pandemic hit and it's not okay.

I thought NAIT was supposed to be one of the most popular schools in Canada? And yet somehow I have two weeks until my classes start and not a single person has told me how to even log in to see my courses, given me a student ID, or responded to my calls or emails. This institution seems like the most unorganized joke I’ve come across. Thanks for throwing a wrench into my career. I understand there’s a bit of a pandemic going on, but for an institution to be rated 3rd in Canada for a research college and not even be able to send out a mass email to its students is ridiculous.

Never experienced this level of negligence and lack of communication. Have called multiple times over the past few weeks and never got through to anyone. Left a call back number and no one has reached out, emailed as suggested and there has been no answer regarding the situation in over 3 weeks. Today I arrived in person and student services was closed with a sign on the front saying it would be back to regular services as of July 4. It is July 8. I've now waisted my time and gotten nowhere. All I have now is a parking ticket from parking in a dead parking lot.

NAIT is a great college but it is really a nightmare for new students, they have staffs that doesn't know what to answers (they dont know the products) always referred us to chat or to email someone else, or call someone else, then we called/emailed, that person asked us to contact another person and another person will never reply.. THE WORST customer service experience ever ! (check my reviews, over hundred of reviews and this is the real feedback to NAIT ). Calling NAIT is like playing ping pong balls , I always prepare myself to see who they want me to call/email next....

disappointing. i usually don’t give 1 star reviews but i had to.i was finally accepted into my dream program after a long gap year, and filled a form stating that i was waiting for my student loan. weeks later my application got cancelled due to a “late tuition fee.” i asked about what happened to that form, and they told me that nothing could be done and to reapply for another semester. this was clearly a mistake on their end, and i did not receive a apology, or at least an explanation as to what happened.for such a well known college, it’s surprising how unorganized management is. this very upsetting incident could have been easily avoided, and i will have to start postsecondary someplace else

The entire staff is full of lies and nait is a school built to completely ruin people's lives. I was told by numerous staff members at nait to apply to business foundations so I can get into the full business school. Well guess what? I finished the program and am being denied entry to the business school. With absolutely no reasoning and was told too bad just figure it out" they straight up lied and stole about $3000 from me to take business foundations course that is utterly worthless. This school is a straight up scam and the staff wants to ruin people's lives. I've tried contacting more nait staff to fix this and am coninuously ignored."

It is the end of tax season, I called NAIT because they didn't have my T4A online posted anywhere. They mixed up a whole bunch of student profiles last year, including mine twice. The first was not sending my sponsorship team an invoice in April 2022. It is April 2023. CRA is going on strike and NAIT couldn't even close out profiles from last year. The second was making two profiles for me for the five years I attended. They told me having two profiles was my fault and I said that sound like a NAIT problem because I am on the other side, a student and user of the Moodle program. I don't make my own profiles up, it's not my job. When I called, they couldn't give a solid apology.Now, let's move onto the world renown" courses and teachers
