Great spot. If you need a good beverage or snack after a workout. Or you forgot your kids snack. Or if you want something after hiking shoreline. They are here. Friendly staff. Everything tastes good.

Love this addition to the rec centre! Open early enough to help get me through the early morning practices, the kids love the ice cream and smoothies, and supports our local tournament. My favorite Waves location!
