Ward is a rock star !! Highly recommend him and his amazing team ! As promised, they delivered and removed the second hand smoke odour that was in our townhouse. These guys are absolutley great!They were prompt , efficient with their time and all around good people.We bought an r.v that had a rat infestation and I was devastated by it .They completely put my mind at ease. The smell was unbearable before and after the treatment, it is completely gone and I now have peace of mind. They fit us in right away and I couldn't be happier with their service! We were so very grateful to Ward for coming at a moment's notice to remedy a situation at our rental house. The previous tenant had a puppy that had peed on the carpet - clearly many times - and the carpet needed to be fresh and decontaminated for the next tenant. My husband contacted Ward late on a Friday evening and they were at the place, in Duncan, dealing with the issue before lunch time on Saturday! The smell has completely gone and the new tenant is happy. We are very grateful!

Ward and his team, came this morning solved mold issue in our attic.. Was able to give a peace of mind that ventilation and insulation was great.. Took only 1 hour, they were prompt, friendly very informative and professional.. They are 5 star hands down! Thank you Ward!!!

Ward was excellent. He came at short notice after a mold problem blew up in a guest room we had people staying in. He and his helper arrived punctually and worked efficiently to decontaminate it. The process was unobtrusive and Ward took the time to explain what we needed to do to prevent recurrence. Most of all, he was clearly experienced and he was reassuring. Also, his charges seemed very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
