Horrible experience with North Country Docks. They got the dimensions mixed up on the dock they delivered. They did not use full boards for the decking which have since warped causing tripping and splinter hazards at the joints. They were not very responsive to calls and emails. Docks are supposed to be happy places, North Country Docks did not make ours one.

Tom and his crew are amazing. Excellent product, fair value and most importantly top notch customer service. All promises made and kept. After the installation of my dock Tom drove back later in the day to install a cotter pin, above and beyond! Very impressive... I had an existing old pole dock and they attached their dock to it without any drama. They came a day early to re-engineer the end of the pole dock to receive the new dock. They didn't call me to tell me because they just do what they need to do. I love efficiency, honesty and good workmanship. These guys deliver!!! Don't look anywhere else, and book a year or a season in advance because everyone else knows how good these guys are. Thanks again Tom! My dock rocks!!!!
