Yesterday, my company was presenting a charitable donation cheque at a highly visible event with millions of viewers watching. Unfortunately, the original printer company that I was working with had a hiccup with printing our novelty cheque, which resulted in it arriving too late. I had a nearly impossible situation to resolve in under 20 mins and also happened to call 2 minutes before they closed. The incredible team at Speedpro North managed to design a cheque, get approvals required and printing completed before I arrived to pick it up, less than 45 minutes later. Not to mention, they stayed an extra hour after close to resolve this challenging situation for me. I now understand why Speedpro North has perfect ratings! To say they went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. Thank you for saving the day and thank you for your phenomenal customer service.

Excellent customer service and fast turn around. I was looking for a local business in our north east community for a custom sized vinyl screen for our LED projector for our school gymnasium. Joanne was extremely helpful and was knowledgeable in her product material selection. The material was perfect for projecting our image at the size of 12 feet high by 16 feet long and did not produce any hot spots, distortions or reflections. I will be looking forward in doing business with again in the future.
