We have used this company for years and have been nothing but thrilled with their service. They are quick to answer emails, they work round the clock to make sure you have the best service. During snow falls, you will see them pass several times a night to make sure your driveway is clear. Excellent service

No Service !Since yesterday snowstorm, we didnt got our snow removal service. This morning, all our neighbours got their driveway cleaned except us and nothing had changed in the evening.. We needed to shovel ourselves several times.

I have used many different snow removal services but these folks are the best. They always honor the contract and are always reliable. My driveway slants down toward the garage but they always do an excellent job notwithstanding.

This winter was our first time using Lafontaine's service. I compared 5 different companies for the price and they were all pretty similar -- however, Lafontaine was very easy to communicate with, as their responses were always fast (with any questions that I had). The first time that they cleared our snow, the driver had missed a spot...I emailed them and they got it corrected right away. They made winter more manageable, and we'll be using their services again next winter.

would not recommend. i have been with this company for 4 years. For the first two years I was satisfied with the service, however in the third year it got a little worse. I decided to give them a chance for the fourth year, but it was a big mistake. They come only once in the morning and never after the municipal tractor passes. I called and complained to the company, but there were no results. For example, today we had a snowstorm (feb 7), the tractor came only in the morning and didn't pass after the municipal one. Todat is Feb 8 and still there is no way out of the driveway.

We have used Déneigement Sanscartier for 3 years now and have been very satisfied with their work. They are prompt, efficient and they clear the driveway even if less than the 5cm minimum snow has fallen. would not recommendToday at 9:20AM, they sent me a message that , our Snow Tractor will be at your house shortly.I called the company at 11:30 AM why didn't your tractor come? She said he will come! just in case, I leave a message for the driver!!!At 5pm I had to go out for urgent work, I cleaned the driveway myself!I am not renewing my contract next year!

The two times I was outside and saw the snow remover, (in the A-section) he was patient enough to give me time to move my 2 cars from the parking lot, move the snow from my walkway to the drive way and then he removed all the snow. Very happy with the service.We just had 2 major snowstorms a few days of each other and I can't complainMerci!

Service tout simplement exemplaire. J’étais avec déneigement prestige avant ( zéro service , ne sait jamais présenter lors de tempête ) . Peut être 5% plus cher mais aujourd’hui 24 décembre ils sont les seuls à avoir passer dans ma rue . Je recommande sérieusement cette entreprise.Merci pour le bon travail.
