I went in your store yesterday after hearing about a Black friday promotion on cell phone plans through Virgin. I dealt with Adnan (get this man a thicker and more impressive business card). Adnan, what can I say. Your an honest, hardworking individual that impressed me with your knowledge phones, plans, and your overall work ethic. The store was busy during my visit. All 3 team members were doing their best to assist customers with sales, product inquires and returns. Each time a customer entered the store, they were acknowledged, and assisted in a timely fashion. I was impressed with the customer service I witnessed across the board. Even when software issues were preventing you from doing your job efficiently, you didn't lose focus on the customer nor were critical of the brands you promote. TBH, management should have scheduled a few more people that day. Did you guys even get a break?

Roy and Rooshan were awesome! They were very helpful. Roy has great energy.

I went into the shop looking for a home set up. This included TVs, speakers, LED lightbulbs and google homes to automate my home. Adnan crushed it supplying everything I needed and educating me on what were the best options! Thanks my friend

Rooshan was absolutely fantastic, he patiently dealt with Bell technical support for 2 hours and 14 separate phone calls as my phone won’t send texts. He is an asset to the Source and was so polite and friendly with me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He went far beyond any expectations I had and gave the best customer service. His higher ups should commend him! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Bilal and Roy were a delight. Helped me get and set up my brand new phone. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted.

Adnan is awesome at his job. I had such a smooth experience working with him. I came into the store looking to upgrade my device and he gave me several options to choose from. He helped me make my final decision and upgraded my phone fast and efficiently. He even helped me set up my new phone and brought everything over from my old phone. His customer service was amazing. He was so great to work with and definitely deserves a raise. I will always come back to this store. Thank you Adnan for going above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
