Be and April have done a fantastic job on my ingrown toes nails! Thank you guys! I like a lot the hot towel on my legs followed by the got stones. The shellac color collection is quite good.

I have never given a bad review before but I had to do this for people to be aware of what to expect in Chloe Spa & Salon.This place is the worst place I could possibly go to for my nails. When I got there a lady did my toenails and told me the nail polish was dry and I could put my shoes on, but then the polish got ruined. I went back almost immediately to get it repainted but the manager whom I thought would have addressed this issue ignored me which I find very disrespectful. I tried calling her attention but she didn't attend to me nor did she ask one of her staff to attend to me. I went back to express my displeasure and she didn't care. She acted like nothing had happened. The worst thing that she said was go to where you will be happy" and I could write a bad review if I wanted. I have never experienced such disrespect before. CAVEAT!!! I do not recommend!"

Very bad customer service!I told them i dont like my nails they’re crooked and there’s piles of gel all over them, they said sorry there’s nothing we can do for you !!

I used to go here in a regular basis and loved the quality of their work. Most recently I went for a pedicure and my daughter got a new set of gel nails. The nails have been lifting and chipping since she got them. We went for a repair once already. When I just cancelled my daughters fill I gave the reason why, and there were no apologies or attempts to make the experience better.

I entered the salon and was greeted right away. Instantly you knew that they will have great service to offer you. I was not disappointed. I was seated right away and they got it done. It was my first time there and I find the place really clean and organized compared to the one at Evanston where the only one that greets me when I come in is the strong poisonous smell of chemicals (never going back there ever) . The manager gave me a pamphlet of the services they offer. I will definitely come back here at Chloe's.

Love the staff, chatty and friendly, most do excellent work every time, the other few are still pretty good but also learning. Easily receptive when I ask for them to adjust ie. The shape of a nail, length of a nail, etc. You can tell they take pride in the service they provide and enjoy doing it. Tbh I'm really, really shocked the reviews say 3.7 stars, I've never seen anyone have a bad experience here or even seem annoyed while their nails are being done.

I have never written a bad review but here I am. I was a regular customer here and would get my manicure and pedicure done here often. However, I will no longer go back due to their unprofessional behaviour and attitude. They did an absolutely horrible job on my nails when I went there recently. I went to get shellac done for my hands and I decided to go with the metallic ones which are $15 extra. The shellac started to peel off (like plastic) just over one week and every single nail had a piece of ripped shellac. Not sure if they hadn’t dried it properly as it was literal plastic on my nails. When I called them for a reimbursement or to get them fixed, they said they could not do anything about it as it’s already been over a week and said “everyone has different nails”. Two weeks had barely completed and the cheap shellac they used on my nails was peeling very easily. To top that, the manager said that it might have been peeling off because I washed it too much and blamed me for it. The manager was absolutely rude and had no respect towards me as a customer who was NOT satisfied with their service. He even hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money here. I would give it negative stars if I could.

The staff were very accommodating as I did not have an appointment. My nail tech was quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with the quality of my manicure.

I’m not one to put a negative review, I recognize and support local businesses. However the experience (even as a returning customer) is completely unacceptable. Went in for a a regular polish, however after waiting for 15 minutes to dry, walked to my car the gel already chipped. Walked back in, was fixed but not even a few minutes later more chipping occurred and the repair also chipped again. Contacted the location immediately to discuss the failure in quality. To the customer surprise, the store advised they do not guarantee polish treatments. After discussing the concerns the store continued to express they do not guarantee this service. Attending a wedding the following day, this was an extremely disappointing, dissatisfied service. reviewing many other 1 star reviews members, I urge other customers to avoid coming here as the service and quality will be a disappointing one.
