Yogen Früz

I tried yogen fruz for the first time today and was pretty disappointed by the quality of the frozen yogurt and smoothie I ordered. The yogurt looked sloppy, it was too liquidy and melted with yogurt running down the sides of the cup and getting on the table I sat at, and the red velvet cake topping was hard and the texture felt stale.The smoothie was a completely different colour from the picture on the menu and tasted bland and not fruity at all, so I think they forgot to put the proper flavourings in it or maybe forgot what smoothie I had ordered? Either way I would not recommend the smoothies at all. Not sure if I would come again.

I have been going to Yogen Fruz and getting the same thing since I was a teenager. The new owners of this location have totally ruined a good thing. First off, they barely put in fruit in their frozen yogurt even when they charge you extra for extra fruit. I always get raspberry + Oreo. Frozen yogurts at Yogen Fruz include 2 toppings, but this location and the new owners always charge me for a “cookies and cream” so they can charge me extra for the fruit, even though it’s only 2 toppings. Then after they charge me extra they barely put any fruit in it! Secondly, their portion sizes are so small compared to other locations and past owners. I understand trying to cut costs, but I’m paying almost $8 and for what?!I will no longer be supporting this location, and if I do eventually decide to try again, I will update my review if they decide to change the quality of their product and stop being cheap.

Hey just be warned the latte is a direct translation from Italian doesn’t have any coffee in it. I ended up getting a tall cup of milk- that hasn’t happened since I traveled in Italy. The owners are kind and put tea in in my drink after. Lol be warned - it’s yogen fruz problem

Amazing Service. Quick and delicious!

Took 20-30 minutes to make 1 boba- I ordered 2 drinks just for the employee to say “order was not through” after waiting a whole 30-60 minutes. Never going here again

Incredibly the worst Yogen Fruz I've ever had. The Yogurt was melted and looked like soft serve ice cream. There was barely any fruit and wasn't put through the machine well, none of the fruit mixed in and it was just chunks of Banana and mango with melted yogurt. An absolute disaster and I will never be returning again.

I am having from here for the 1st tym nd had red velvet flavour.Flavour was good especially the red velvet cake crumbs. But the consistency or the quality of frozen yogurt didn't seem to be that great.Quantity was pretty good even for small size.Service was also good. They do a pretty good menu with lots of variety.

Waited 20 mis for a frozen yogurt. The person handling the cash is also making the ice cream without washing his hands. Frozen yogurt is not the same product anymore. Paid $8.10 dls for a medium one and it tasted terrible. Something has changed for the worst will not be coming back. Too sad because we used to love it. The frozen yogurt was watery it tasted like cheap lemonade.

i loved the frozen yougurt! pineapple flavour is a recommend. the gummy worms were a bit stale. choose ur toppings with caution. ⚠️ ⛔️
