Check your receipts when making large purchases of gas and multiple store items. They are operating a scam where they are scanning OLG Scratch tickets while they are ringing you through. They will add it to the middle of the receipt and later when confronted will play stupid. They refused to reimburse me through the credit card the purchase was made on, and instead one of the attendants handed me $30 cash in $5 dollar denominations.

The gas station opens at 6am and the employee is always late opens at 6:10am 5 cars waiting and pumps not turned on until 6:15am what a joke. This has happened many times to me finally had enough. Do not go in the morning. Also the employee did not have a mask on and was very rude.

I have every right to be upset when you FORCE me to prepay, but then I go inside... because your ****** gas pumps don't like my points card...I have even more right to be impatient after waiting for 4 customers, to be asked what pump (blocked by a big van) & how much gas I want 3 times!!!Incase you wonder ofc I answered all 3 times and yes I did raise my voice on #3.Should never tell your customers to be polite"

Rude staff.... make it impossible to cash in lotto tickets.. wanted to cash out people BEHIND me first just because I had a few scratch tickets. I will never ever bring my money to this place again.

the mother of one of the attendants took it upon herself to dress up like an olg staff and scream at me over a lotto ticket. her son is a thief, i walked over there super high with a 500 dollar winner one morning and he robbed it from me.

Dont ask me to pay for my gas, and go to the back of the line if I want to buy a lottery ticket. That is absurd lol used to visit twice a week now you lost my business.b

Be aware if you go to 401/402 at night and you want to buy gasoline. They sometimes close the business before 10:45. It happened to me on Wednesday April 5/23. This is not fair. One star given!

There should be a no star for this location, first I went in to get a few drinks and a product from behind the counter (vape device) I pay for it then as she is handing it to me it is the wrong type I then say this is the wrong one could you get me the right one please she then gets very upset and frustrated as I just asked to get the correct one she then says well I don’t smoke it is bad for you so how would I know what one is right( well you work here so you think she would know the products she is selling) she then says they only have the one kind and I ask her could you show me the one beside the one she had gave me and yes it was the right one but at this point she had gotten so verbal with me and started yelling at me saying I was making her job hard and I was doing this to bug her ( honestly I was like omg ) so then I say alright I’m going to get my refund for the drinks too as I didn’t want any of my money going to this location she then tells me that I am using the wrong card for refund when I have had the same card in my hand the whole time as I got my refund she then tells me to get out of her store and that I am never allowed to come back again funny because I was not ever going to be back.. the fact is that this person was very mean frustrated and rude and very unprofessional as there was two other customers in the store at this time I had made it clear and asked why she was yelling at me and asked for her name as there was no name tag she refused and said go make a complaint see how far that gets me I will never shop there again and my drivers will not be getting gas and or buying anything THANKS PETRO for having great service!!

I went to this location to get 20 litres of diesel, in the process of doing so, I realized that I left my wallet at the jobsite. The gentleman inside allowed me to go retrieve it. That was a great service in a time of need!

Hard to review.It's a gas station. With the different kinds of gas.And it has a small variety store with coffees and a decent selection of snacks.Nothing really to differentiate it from any other similar arrangements around town.
