This storage place came highly recommended by a friend. I was very impressed with the storage unit,and the staff answered all my questions and concerns. The unit was very clean and the property was well lit. I appreciated the security system they have in place and I had all hour access to my unit. My belongings were safe from rodents and other critters. Good Storage places are hard to find, I have found one.

I have a corner unit. Boxed up most stuff and put a big sectional under a furniture cover. Unfortunately they've got a mouse problem as they chewed through the cover and messed up the couch and built a little nest on the side closest to the road (there's no unit beside mine)They obviously won't do anything about it and credit to the lady working she was cordial and not rude about the situation.Stuff is kind ruined and I'm not sure what to do with it, but pretty peeved as you spend a lot of money on these units. I was also told that if I don't empty the stuff I get charged $150. So my stuff got ruined and they are gonna charge me if I don't take it, and offered nothing to help. Not a great experience....

The staff is always available for any questions or concerns I may have. I love that fact that it is in my part of town. This is a very well run organization and I hope to continue with them for many years.

I had a locker here for a few years. When the vacant lot next door was developed into the dealership my locker started having a mouse infestation problem. I brought it up to management when I noticed the problem and the manager gave me a couple of bait traps and drove away in her golf cart. I took out all the contents swept out the locker and put my contents back with the traps but the mice came back. I had to find a new locker to avoid the mice nesting within my contents. Fortunately for me my contents were not infested but once the cold weather comes the mice will nest in warmth which usually means inside contents.

i was able to have the last storage available. Only and dangerous complaint is the smell of the main office !! It's literally breath taking if you know what I mean. I couldn't stand to stay 2 minutes without craving for fresh air. There is the smell of the Old storage in an old basement !" Or the carpet or the mold or a mix of all that !!It's not healthy for the woman working there all day ! Your lungs will be affected one day."

I’ve use this place for many years. Because I am moving and my 5 x 7 is full I decided to rent a 5 x 5 for a month to move things around. That’s when I discovered the 5’ x 5’ is really only a 4’5” by 4’5”. That’s why I only gave it four stars. They should mention this when you rent it.

Excellent storage facility, with a security gate, which closes after hours. There are different size lockers for everyone's needs. All lockers are outside. Bring your own pad lock or purchase one in the office, which is located at the front of the property. Upon registering at the office, you must pick a gate security pin, in order to unlock the gate after hours, on Sunday, & on holidays. I have been at this storage facility for almost 2 years. The staff are friendly, courtesy, & very informative. So please stop by & check out the facility, for yourself. Thank you .

Lake St Mini Storage is a nice clean facility with a cheerful friendly staff ready to help with all of your storage needs. Have been with them for about 10 years now and have never had a problem with my storage locker. Access to the facility is easy with lots of room for loading and unloading of things to be stored. I highly recommend this facility.
