Bought a low beam headlight for my ram truck and they gave me the wrong one. Called to notify them that is the wrong one and that I wasnt impressed. Went back to the store to get my money back, which I did and notified them how inconvenient it was, got attitude from the gentlemen who sold me the bulb and he proceeded to ask me to hit him. Told the gentlemen that he was idiot" that he was very unprofessional and left. Went to "Carquest " told them my issue got the proper low beam headlight and they were very professional. The individual at Carquest even apologized for the unprofessional behavior at Napa. Napa in Tilbury has lost a customer and I DO NotRECOMMEND anyone to go there go to Carquest."

I don’t like Napa, but when I shop at one, this is the one I go to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They order in parts for me all the time if they don’t have it in stock. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Keep up the great work Tilbury Napa!

Neat storelots of itemsvery organized and clean

I will never go here ever again, they told me a tool would work so I bought it brand new I never used it, then when I tried to return it to buy another one and they wouldn't take it back said I used it, horrible customer service and very disappointed. I will gladly drive out of town to get parts just to avoid this place.

Parts are always available, parts are priced accordingly, knowledgable, quick and fast response with pricing and details.
