I had great success with the team at Heat Pump Solutions, I can HIGHLY recommend them for any Mini split troubleshooting/repairs that you might have! Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and how we were going to proceed with the repairs. He was VERY thorough when working on my system and I was offshore and kept me informed of everything that was going on with the system and his recommenations.

Adding three mini splits to my home where it was heated before with electricity.This business showed how to manage their growth and still maintain great customer service. Particularly appreciated the communication from Shane as he worked through an adjustment from the initial install for top floor head. They make every effort that they can to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of their customer.

Lucas was ontime, friendly and professional. He throughly explained everything from what steps he was performing today to the required follow up repair needed on the fan motors.

Very disappointing system and service overall. The unit sold experiences frequent downtimes despite being a new installation. To add to the matter, follow up related to service on repairs was non-existent, varying from technicians not showing up as scheduled to non-returned calls for service. Would recommend to others to go elsewhere as there are viable competitors in the area.

Very pleased with this company from beginning ( providing a quote ) to installation completion. All 3 workers were extremely professional and took great care in making their work clean and tidy. Andrew was very helpful ( and ) patient with all our questions. They took great care in determining the most efficient and esthetically appealing way to install the piping to our two units. Andrew took great care in explaining the operational aspects of each unit and how to get the best performance from our system.

I have dealt with a few HVAC companies in the area and Heat Pump Solutions is so much better than anyone else I have dealt with. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are great. I don't want to give them the review they've earned only because I don't want them to get too busy to provide me service, but in my experience you should save yourself time and effort, just call Heat Pump Solutions to get HVAC service and advice. Whatever they pay Kevin is not enough. Their techs are second to none in my experience. A great company with great people.

We were experiencing issues with the AC function of one of our Mini Split units. We contacted them on a Monday, there came to assess first thing on Tuesday, and scheduled the repair for Friday. Both the representative I spoke with at Heat Pump Solutions and the technician who came to our home were professional and personable. So far a positive experience from all aspects.

We enjoyed working with Heat Pump Solutions. The quoting process was fast and clear with the salesperson being very friendly and responsive to questions. The install went well with the trades communicating with us on status, decisions we needed to make and giving us an overview of system operation. Added bonus is they were respectful to walk inside with booties over workboots and clean up most of their mess outside.After install we had a slight problem with the operation and we were pleased that a technician was at our house the same day of the request. The technician was also super friendly and communicated well with us on what was happening and next steps shes was going to take. Forms for the grant were also fast coming.Initially we had a number of quotes and they didn't win our business on price. It wasnt the highest cost nor the lowest. We chose them because they seemed to have the best grasp on matching the system to our needs, experience in NL climate (lessons they had learned) and had been around a long time with good reviews so it gave us some confidence they would be around a while for warranty and do a decent job on the install. Everything went very well and so far we made the right decision.

Was an awesome experience from start to finish very professional and done in a timely manner. Thanks so much so glad to be off oil heat. Would recommend 100% to anyone
