They evicted me after my moms brutal murder, and did nothing to help get a new place, they only show up when they want money, and repairs take forever.

The protection of our children and youth's mental health today is so crucial given the wide range of threats to them that currently exist in the cyber world. My wife and I have been struggling to raise our children because of the very powerful addictive qualities of electronic devices. Electronic devices have been the cause of MANY problems & conflicts in our home over the years, and we continue to struggle with this but, as parents, we are beginning to burn out trying to manage it. The covid-19 pandemic has only amplified the problem due to our even greater increased dependency on electronics for school, work, socializing, shopping, and everything else. The most significant problem with electronic devices is not only the dangers and threats to children and youth they represent, but also namely: they distract, interfere and prevent children and youth from the most basic and important elements of their development which includes eating, sleeping, learning, playing, physically helping others (chores at home), problem solving, staying physically active (promotes lethargy) and socially interacting and communicating in the real world. Children and youth cannot bring themselves away from the powerful draw of electronic devices because of the way the devices are designed, and because our institutions are enablers of the addiction, and they actually promote our dependence on electronic devices. I believe that electronic devices are designed to be addictive, and in particular, they are specifically designed to trigger the production of feel-good" biochemicals in the brains of children and youth. If we continue on this path of allowing the tech industry to produce and sell devices as they are currently designed

Just amazing. The staff is so organized and professional. I love my first therapist I had there. She was attentive, caring, and so encouraging. She met my needs very well and I was able to be myself. My second therapist has also been amazing. I can tell she cares and she keeps telling me she wants to work with me constantly. The actual DBT program I am in is so inspiring and helpful. The groups are always laid out so well, the booklets are so detailed, and the lessons they give are always detailed and assistive. They respect individual impairments and are always respectful of your space and emotions. There is always drinks and sometimes food, as well as resources (markers, toys, things to play with), etc. Everything is comprehensive and it has been a joy to come here. I have never encounter a negative person, and when negative situations have come up, they have been supportive. Even the receptionist always says hi and ask how I am. They have a great job assistance program and it has helped me get my first job after getting on disability and valuable skills in that field. They help me sort my paperwork and remain productive. I love it here. Thank you so much for all the support from this place. I recommend through and through coming here for any of your needs. They offer even more programming than I mentioned and it is always loving here. Easily accessible and informative. I hope people have had a similar experience to me!

Waste of time. They made me do 3 jobs and then made me go to a pre employment support program that had nothing to do with I was doing. We could've switched industries and tried something else but what did they do? They made go to some other program for 3 months. They even lied to me about a part time job that I was supposed to have. I thought they supposed to be training me but it seems they are too lazy to do it themselves. How are these people still in business? How did this get 5 stars? Were these people paid to say that? I only gave this two stars because they paid me to do those previously mentioned jobs but I would gladly give it all back because I refuse to receive money from such evil and condescending people. Stay far away from this place and don't let the 5 stars deceive you, this along with every other job finding agency is one gloried waste of time. These people are like con artists except they don't take your money, they just take your time.

Useless bunch. My case worker left in July (3 months ago) and her replacement has never contacted me. In addition, I receive notices of Eviction at least 3 times a year. I am fed up with going to hearings at the Landlord Tenant Board for incidents that never happened, money that I have already paid to them.I have filed a harassment complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

They outright lie to your face. If you are a parent, this is the worst possible place to bring your loved one. Case worker Fatima Hussain, is a complete manipulator, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
