Inexperienced tailors. Very bad customer service. They will ruin your dress and they make sure that you pay for their mistake. If you argue or don't pay for ruining your dress they will hold your dress as collateral. They kept my dress for three weeks until I called the cops on them. Awful experience! Never seen any tailors that are so stupid as theses guys. Family business. Entire family is crazy.

I rolled into Regina from Calgary with a dilemma. I needed pants hemmed for my meeting tomorrow morning. I noticed Deluxe Tailors and Cleaners was close to Hotel Sask (where I’m staying) so I called ahead and walked 5 minutes to the shop. Subra listened to my request, hemmed accordingly and finished the job steaming/ironing. I was happy to get a drink of water and relax on the couch after a travel day. Only took 15mins and the price was fair. Highly recommend

The quality and skill level is outstanding. I have had suits made by them and I continue to complements on them. In fact when, I was in Italy and need and adjustment, a local tailor comments that he did not expect the work he saw in a Canadian suit. I had a great experience with them.

NO ETHICS: I needed alterations for a new suit (jacket and pants). Quote on the phone was $65. Brought the suit in and got it sized. Returned to pick up the suit a week later and was told the alterations were $99 ($90 + 10% PST GST).I expressed my concern, noting that the quoted price was $65. The owner blustered a bit, but agreed to reduce the total price to $88.(Bought a 2nd identical suit a week later, but brought it to Rosa's on 13 Avenue. $60.50 taxes included, same alterations, no bait and switch).

Best Tailor I've ever been to, Lyuda (the owner) will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the finished product and will never trick you! Would definitely recommend.

I've used this tailor for years (8 to be exact) and was surprised to see the negative reviews. They are very straight forward which is nice and actually know what they are doing in regards to fitting suits, it can be hard to find a proper tailor. I have no experience with anything other clothing items though. Prices are more than fair based on what you get and if something goes wrong, they will fix it. I know others who have been going here for years as well with no complaints. There is a bit of turn around time, however it's worth it. They are busy and that says something, highly recommended. This place makes you feel like family the moment you walk in! They are under new ownership and they are doing an amazing job. They did alterations on my wedding suit along with my whole family's alterations and it fit perfectly. Everyone was happy with the work they did! Highly recommend to everyone
