After a horriable experience with Brockville Canadian Tire someone referred me to Town and country and I had found a Face book ad as well. I called and Jason went out of his way to look after me and I believe it was Jenn in Service. So sorry if I got her name wrong was amazing at treating me like a VIP the day I got new tires ,rims, sensors ,a winter brake service an alignment and a synthetic oil change done.I'll be back in the spring ! I wouldDef recommend them and already have sent them a customer.! PS. And I dont even own A Chrysler ! Yet they treated me as if I was a VIP customer.

Recently purchased a used Ram 3500 from Marcel at T&CC. Was extremely easy and probably the best vehicle buying experience I've had. Small town relaxed feeling, not high pressure sales like I've experienced at some Ottawa dealers. Financing was easy and had the vehicle when promised. I was introduced to the service staff and all my questions were answered. Truck was serviced, detailed and in showroom condition when I picked it up. If you're from Ottawa or surrounding area, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be back for all my service and they will be my first stop when looking for another vehicle in the future.

Right off the bat, worst dealership you can ever go to. Rob is very unprofessional , managers don’t respect appointment time, you are been snubbed and handled like a nobody.Also Sales ad said deliver only for them to change it at the end that we have to pick up. Driving 6 hrs was not planned.

always amazing service buying vehicles up front and also dealing with CSN but when dealing with the service department it was so unprofessional. Rebecca was very rude and short with me after i just asked a few minor (relevant) questions, they over charge for just oil changes as well as she told me it would just be an hour ended up waiting for almost 3.Nate the other service person was extremely incorrect when giving me prices. and then both yelled at me when i was confused with why it was more.Super disappointed.Buy a vehicle from them but DONT use their service department

I custom ordered my dodge challenger from here. Got it last April after many Covid delays. Couldn't have had a better experience. They got the car ready quickly for me once it arrived, and I was on the road. Love that car. Would buy here again.

I had major work done on my vehicle at the Service Department of the Smiths Falls Town & Country Chrysler. They have been nothing short of spectacular to deal with. I cannot say enough good about them. I give them 5 stars!!!

Rebecca , Nate and the mechanic team deserve so much praise! We went through anyone’s mechanical nightmare and this this crew was the only one to get it right the first time! The crew truly goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done right and your vehicle is safe and running properly! A huge thank you to them all for getting our truck safe and on the road finally!

Brought my jeep in because of an etc issue Tuesday night, was told it would be looked at wendesday and it wasn't, Thursday it was looked at but they couldn't be bothered to call me with a quote. Got tired of waiting and left work and went to the dealership In person, was quoted more than double what another local shop quoted me for the same work so paid for my diagnostic and arranged for the other shop to pick up my vehicle. When I went out to my jeep to leave the keys in it for the other shop I found 3 big slices in the leather on my driver's seat and my dash cam was disconnected and the mount taken apart. They refused to take any responsibility for the interior damage although the did say it was weird they didnt see the slices when i brought it in. Will not be back
