Terrible experience. There are scammers. Calice Soku, specifically. The courthouse of Justice of Ontario order him to pay back. He've just vanished. Be careful, they are scammers.

Terrible experience with a minor repair- battery change. Incompetent mechanic installed A 450 CCA while minimum required is A 650 CCA as per the dealership service report. We waited a week for them to come to fix the issue with no luck before towing the car to the dealership service. They refused to refund the cost of the battery and the service charges claiming that the service had been rendered and the part (battery) provided, not EVEN thinking to admit any wrong doing. They are so quick to turn on to you and start teach you THEIR morals.BTL owner's response to Ramy Tahtawy comment speaks louder than any words. Please read it while it is still posted there. They are very good at teaching customers about “accountability for [their] own mistakes”. As a recent customer I can fully affirm that it will be YOUR BIG MISTAKE to render their service of any kind.BEWARE*** they also operate under other names- Mobile Mechanic is one of them in the Ottawa area..

My wife's car engine went off on highway on her way to work she googled and i am glad she came across this company. for the rescue that was given to my wife on her way to work , she was able to make it on time for work and the car was towed to their garage in two days we were called to come and pick up the car now my wife has her car back it feels like new again we are so thankful to you and keep up the good work do not loose the touch .

Have used this company twice and both times the service was excellent. First time was a brake replacement and second time was replacing the rotors. I used the mobile service and the technician that came (can't remember his name) was the same both times, and the one I told them I'd use every future time. He is polite, friendly and honest. Their prices are also very fair. Even dealing with the office is a pleasant experience. I will tell everyone I can about them. :)

Have you ever seen a stressed woman who had a breakdown on the highway? This mechanic does and because he was so patient, peaceful and reassuring even before taking care of my car, I never look for another address for 2 years...hey, i hope more (if not, i'm gonna write another comments).I would highly recommend this garage. i was scared and worry about my car, i had to take my children to a music class and i was left with a few min to be late , but with the great service i got from this company took all the fear away and was able to make it on time and now my children and myself are very happy i hope next time i call i will get the same mechanic guy at my door fingers crossed , happy children =happy mother so thank you for your mobile service .

They are the best in ottawa please guys keep up your good works dont let negative people pull you downi have used a few mobile mechanics but Btl Auto Repair they know what they are doing

Life Savers!!These guys were the only ones available to come out to where I was with very little wait.They take time to assess the problem with you before they come out to prevent extra charges. I had the starter put on my car in an hour and was good to go.Very professional, friendly family business.Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it was pretty pricey...

Wow these guys are just amazing, so well rounded! Bring them your car you wont be disappointed. They even do mobile work so if location is an issue call them and ask for their mobile services.

I had them tow my van HOURS ago with instructions to bring it to MY mechanic. Now my van has vanished. They're not answering my calls or text.
