Heat Smart Plus

Bought a 4 burner saber grill. First of all the quality of the material the bbq is made from is heavy duty and well built! Love cooking on this grill! There are no hot spots and absolutely no flare ups! My only regret with this bbq is I didn't buy it sooner! Buying this bbq has made me enjoy cooking this way again! Hats off to Josh at heatsmart plus! He knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable and passionate about grills, smokers and pellet grills! Highly recommend them!

I have the Portage and Main BL3444 outdoor water boiler and it has been a solid and dependable unit for us. It does not require much maintenance and is simple to use. The Heat Smart Plus (Brian and team) are always great to talk to and are very helpful with any questions that you may have. I would definitely recommend their boiler systems and the extra bonus is they are Canadian made so you are supporting local jobs and companies!

Love my new Heat Smart Plus. No flare ups. First time using bought some nice steaks, put them on left lid opened walk away came back flipped after about 8 minutes continued to for another 8 minutes. They had a nice sear on the outside and cooked to about Medium. Everyone loved them. Second time did chicken thighs skin on again no flare ups to worry about. Very happy with our new purchase!!!

I have used outdoor wood boilers for more than 20 years and the Polar G2 Plus is the best I've ever purchased. With other boilers, I struggled keeping the air ports open to keep the air on the fire. The new Polar G2 Plus is designed so well that I don't have to worry about that anymore. The turbulator handle easily cleans the heat exchangers. The amount of wood I burn is significantly reduced because of the efficiency of this boiler. Another big factor is that there is no special control module ($600 for other boilers) and I will be able to easily replace parts, if needed. Last winter, we heated our entire house and workshop with this unit, never needed to buy gas and had wood left over at the end of the season. After all the research I did before purchasing our new boiler, I'm so glad that is is the one I chose. I have not been disappointed.

Purchased a Green Mountain Grill Pellet Smoker almost two years ago. The thing is amazing and far better build quality then many other brands. Great wide selection of parts and accessories on hand. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I recently purchased the small Saber BBQ from Heat Smart Plus and I love it! The BBQ was easy to assemble and the directions were great. The service at the store was awesome. I went in a few weeks ago and Josh gave us the full tour of the grilling options. He was most knowledgeable, personable, and obviously enjoys his job. I highly recommend visiting this store and if you are looking for a good BBQ, go with a Saber! And ask for Josh!

Great company to work with, and Portage and Main boilers are a top notch boiler! I've had mine for 5 years now, absolutely love it. Easy to clean, easy to maintenance, holds a great amount of wood, and turns out so much heat. Can't believe how well insulated it is, holds heat like a boss even through my bitter MN winters. Great option for me as I'll lose power occasionally in the winter, I can run my boiler fan, pump, and furnace fan in the house to still keep everything warm off a little suitcase sized generator. Highly recommend this brand!

Went from a 6000$/yr in Propane to 60$, add up about 700$ of wood, i still saved over 5k$ on the first year, and we kept the house a lot warmer compared to propane heating. Brian been exceptional , sold me a BL4044 remotely as I am in Ontario, helped me out with the initial install and this is the best thing we ever bought, I couldn't thank him enough him and his team. Everything was smooth and the boiler showed up on time with everything required to do the Install, I had to get extra stuff afterward and they staff has always been more than helpful. Thanks again Guys!

Just wanted to acknowledge the team at Heat Smart Plus. We purchased a Saber BBQ a number of years ago. It has worked awesome. Recently we had some burner issues and the staff were so helpful in getting our issues resolved. Thanks so much. Won't hesitate to purchase there again.
