I recently purchased a stunning round engagement ring from Polar Lab and I am absolutely in love with it! I cannot recommend this ring and the company enough. I recently reached out to Polar Lab Diamond for a ring quotation, but unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While the original price of the ring setting seemed reasonable, I was disappointed to receive a quote that was much higher than I expected. Despite my request for a clear explanation of the cost, I was not given a satisfactory answer.After doing some independent research, I discovered that the cost of the diamond from another vendor was significantly lower than the cost quoted by Polar Lab Diamond. This led me to conclude that their pricing is not competitive and that they are not offering a fair deal to their customers.When I attempted to negotiate or request a more transparent pricing structure, I found that Polar Lab Diamond was not willing to work with me to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. I would suggest that Polar Lab Diamond review their pricing practices to ensure they are offering fair and competitive pricing to its customers.While I cannot recommend Polar Lab Diamond based on my personal experience, I encourage others to do their own research and make their own judgments. I think I spent around 2 months going back and forth between jewelry stores before visiting POLAR. My family was a little skeptical about lab diamonds but after the first meeting, Heni sat down with us for an hour and went into thorough depth about everything we need to know about diamonds and how to find the right one. After that meeting, my family was convinced this was the place we were getting a ring from. My initial ring was completed with a higher setting and Heni took the initiative to ensure it was redone to the specs I was looking for. I'm so happy with it!
