Wonderfull little store! Fantastic customer service, and great ambiance. Nice selection of vapes and juices, pipes and bongs, british imports and table ware (actually got my favorite frying pan from there).My favorite store in Ocean Park <3

Worst experience I've ever had trying to return a faulty product. Came back a few days after purchase with the receipt for a $50 lighter. The guy refused to give a refund or any type of exchange. Only after arguing for 15 minutes he offered a 50% discount off of another one, which I obviously wasn't going to do

Great selection of products and staff are very knowledgeable- recommendations are honest and they will try to bring in products if you ask! Store is bright and spacious, SUPER clean, organized, things are nicely displayed.It's obvious that they take pride in their store and selection and I always feel comfortable, no pressure. They have an awesome cigar collection- great gifts for guys! I regularly make a trip out there to stock up and support local small businesses.Not to mention they have some hard to find imported snacks and pop, its like a smoke and snack bodega all in one :) :)

The place is super organized at all times. Not sure which one is the owner between the two gentlemen but both of them are very kind and know their products. Recently bought the Novo 2 and its a ‘GO-TO’ place for all sort of vapes and of course everything else you expect as a convenience store. Flawless customer service and excellent location with quality products. Hope these people lasts long for locals like me. 5 stars period.
