It is worth the drive to Whitby! Can't express how happy I am with the service. Fast, friendly and fair priced. wasted my time and money driving over 150km one way and he said he can't fix it but on the phone he told me he can fix my bent driveshaft by replacing with a new pipe.also they tell you a different price on the phone and in the store

These guys came highly recommended by three other shops when I was asking around and desperate to get a driveshaft and differential done. Surprisingly they got me in right away and fixed real quick. Apparently other shops send them specialized work they can't do.

I dropped off parts to have some work done and was immediately dazzled by the well organized and clean shop. I picked up the next day as promised and waited for weekend. The shaft looked great!When I went to install, it was obvious it wasn’t going to fit right. Of course it was the weekend.Out of frustration I posted the single star and planned to call Monday morning.Well, Darcy had responded to my rating FIRST thing Monday requesting I call.I explained the situation and without hesitation, he told me to bring it in and they would make it right. I showed up on a Friday afternoon, unannounced, and asked if they could look at my front driveshaft. Within 30 seconds it with in a vise and being looked over. And he pretty much balanced it right there on the spot. I think it was out a total of around 40 grams. Thanks again.My second time here, show up Friday and have me in and out same day. These are the go-to guys for custom and stock drive shafts. Swapped an LS into my BMW . Had a custom drive shaft made in under 8 hours. Bolted in no issues. Very friendly and trustworthy company also well known in the car community. The price was also much cheaper than I originally planned, which was a huge bonus.

I'd like take the time to thank Driveline for the amazing work they have done on my dually. My truck had a shuddering vibration coming from the center of the vehicle. I brought the truck in and it was immediately test driven. I received a call from Darcy informing me of what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problem, price was also resonable. Within a couple of hours I had my truck back and vibration free. Its been a week now since having the dually back and driving it, I am very happy and impressed with how the vehicle is performing, better than new. Thanks Darcy for the great work, I definitely will be coming back in the future for my other vehicles.

Would highly recommend this business. I did some price comparisons and they were $300 cheaper than others for brand new part. Certainly learned a lot in the process ie. transmission shop we dealt with wanted $300 more for a used/rebuilt driveline. The owner, Darcy, was great to deal with and educated me on the repair by showing me the worn out line on my son's vehicle and why it needed to be replaced. When I called to inquire if there's a correlation with their repair and a brake sound I heard a few days later he immediately asked me to bring the car in to have it checked. He did not charge for this although I was expecting to pay something. Bottom line, excellent customer service and very efficient!! Thanks again.
