Dixie Orchards

This is an amazing farm to visit with kids. Very close to GTA. Absolutely beautiful sunflower farm. It have a big photo frame, a tractor and a bike to take pictures. Currently, apples, pumpkin and corn maze are available. All of them including a wagon ride and farm animal ma visit for an entrance fee of $10 for adults. 9 and younger are free. Apple picking only is also available. Additional charge for picking the apples. The also have a small market which is open at the entrance/exit. Have ample parking for cars

First time apple picking. Was a fun experience. Lots of friendly staff to help direct you and explain the many types of apples they offer. Also have pumpkins we didn't check out, and a store that offers cookies, preserves, amoung other things.

I felt like there watching you if you gonna eat and apple or something . also it's kinda over rated if you want to go try to go in August where the sunflower are open ( I didn't have a chance to go see it but they were dried anyway) went there the corn maze was dried still beautiful. Animals was only 5 I didn't see more . Frame unfortunately I didn't see it this time I only spent 1 hour there from start to end spent 65$ . You buy a 20$ bag to pick some apples then they weigh it if there is more weight you pay 2$ for each extra lb . Also they have pumpkin field I didn't go there . The wagon ride was nice it's about 4 min takes you from the front to the pumpkin/corn maze/ apple picking there all close to each other

Nice farm with a lot of place to walk through. The apple picking was really good. Lot of sunflowers and u can get a lot of walking done. The shop is not really great. But the deal for the apples are good. The tractor ride is short like very very short. To be frank it's better to walk. There is a corn maze didnt go through it though. Overall a nice day out.

I have been a returning photographer to Dixie Orchards for the past 2 years and I love their sunflower field for a photo session spot. They have friendly staff and lots of parking. Highly recommend for family visits!

Honestly had the most perfect day here. The staff are so helpful and friendly! The farm is well maintained and very organized. We went on the monday of Thanksgiving weekend and barely had to wait in line, which we are grateful for because our toddler is very impatient.There were plenty of apples to pick of all different types, considering it's end of season - we were extremely impressed!They also offered a petting zoo, chestnut picking and tractor rides to the pick-your-own-pumpkin patch! Once at the patch there is also a huge corn maze to explore.Everything is within easy walking distance and there are wheelbarrows which allowed us to maneuver the massive pumpkins with ease.Thanks to the staff member who came over to our truck and took the wheelbarrow for us so we didn't have to roll it back over!We hit up a few different farms every year, this is by far my family favourite. We will be back again - most likely this month. Thanks for this gem of a find!

The staff were the absolute best part of my experience. Everyone was so bubbly and happy, lots of conversation and warm greetings. The butter tarts are insane- so gooey and the pastry texture is aces. Petting zoo was just ok, but the pumpkin patch was really fun! Treasure hunt! Great for a family outing and super kid friendly.

Great place for Apple picking. Tractor rides will take you to different picking spots, or you can walk if you prefer. There is a beautiful sunflower field with a giant picture frame for a great photo op. They have a small petting zoo, and a nice little country store by the entrance/exit. Definitely recommend. Will go again.

I found it expensive for the entrance to see the sunflowers. The sunflowers are also short about 2-3 and kinda droopy. Not as many as other farms in the Caledon area. We walked around and got stopped by the staff when we were taking photos by the apples
