George changed the locks on my doors when I took possession of my new home, and coordinated the locks so I didn't have to use a separate key for each lock. He also made the lock and key work much more smoothly for me. I would recommend George, and Golden Lock & Key, to all my friends and family.

Had my mail key stuck in my condo mailbox. Unfortunately after I called George he said he’d be right over, he removed the lock and key and installed the new one without telling me the cost until everything was changed and he wrote me the invoice. Wouldn’t provide keys of course until I paid.Pretty upsetting because now I am having to deal with my landlord on the cost of the service. I would have like to have had up front communication about what the expected cost would be and not just assuming I wanted the job done.

Excellent service! I was locked out of my room and George arrived quickly and was very professional and down to earth. He even went out of his way to fix the improper installment of our door knob, very nice guy! Totally recommend!

We used Golden Lock & Key to change the locks on our home we had just purchased. Service was quick as George arrived right when we got the keys. George also noticed that the door handles were not installed properly and took the time to change that for us. George is very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Service. Arrived on time. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Repaired broken internal part on my front door entry lock set and saved me from spending $300+ on a new one. So grateful for the quick service! Would highly recommend.
