Went looking for a throttle spring for a snow blower that is 41 yrs old, and 5hey were able to help me out, fantastic knowledge place? The item was only $10, but he went the extra mile to help me, I went away thinking now there's a fella that is very knowledgeable, THANK YOU.

Telephoned to see if they could look at my older Craftsman self propelled mower which they advised they could do right away. I took the mower to their shop around noon to have the starter cord handle and blade hub replaced. Before 4 pm, the shop called and stated the work was done. When I picked up the mower, they advised they had checked the mower over, and all was well. They started the mower prior to my taking it. The total cost was VERY reasonable. To recap, they accepted my equipment for service right away, completed the service quickly and efficiently and completed the service at an honest, reasonable price. What more can I ask. They are definately my go to place for small engine issues.

Sold us a new lawn mower at a very competitive price and enjoyed being able to buy from a local store. (Plus I got to pet the dogs they have at the store.) :)

Stopped here to buy an air filter for a concrete saw. They didn't have one in stock but said they'd order it. Only problem was it'd be a few days before it came in. When I explained that I was in a bit of a bind the owner said give me a minute". He came back a few minutes later with a saw like mine

***UPDATE*** Originally gave a one star rating. Went and picked up my chainsaw today and had a nice, long conversation with Shawn. I had an issue with my new chainsaw not working and not being covered under warranty. Long story short, the Technical Service Manager Justin, from Echo Canada advised Rent it Centre that it wasn't covered under warranty. Just spoke to Justin from Echo and clearly my issue lies with Echo, not Rent it Centre. They (Rent it Centre) fixed my chainsaw perfectly and runs great now.

Got my Zero Turn fixed, they replaced the seal because of a leak. But noticed it runs and cuts better.Very very impressed with the service. They know their stuff. The price was right as well.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. They fixed our duct machine very quick and wasCost effective. Also got a flat tire on the way there and the owner happened to show up and offered help as well as tools to better assist me. We will be taking all our equipment there for repairs moving forward.

Knowledgeable staff, good service for all your small power equipment needs. Very helpful with finding parts for old power equipment. Give em a try next time your lawnmower or snowblower needs service. Busy place, turnaround time is a bit long at times, so plan accordingly.
