Dealt with Nathan on two different occasions during the holidays and he helped me out great!He helped me over the phone answering all my questions. Once I got to his store, he was very informative and patiently answered all my (newbie) questions. He was able to help with tools as well that I needed to get the job complete! I purchased under cabinet lighting and over 30 pot lights.All in all his customer service is beyond great! Highly recommend his spot!

Nate has excellent customer service, and a great personality. I had a situation as a result of a misunderstanding and Nate was really understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I ended with the right product at no additional cost. Beyond that, he called me the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience at his store. Where else do you get customer service like that? Overall, just a great person to deal with.
