Miss. Cynthia is an amazing teacher! My son loves going every week with his grandpa! The space is a little small but the class sizes are too!

All three of my children went through the program and it was an awesome experience.They learn about physical literacy and getting to know how to take care of themselves, fitness, healthy lifestyle etc. etc.The staff was amazing and very attentive.

Love this class, perfect for my two year old. Lots of different activities to keep them engaged, small class size so they don't have to wait to use the different equipment - great at teaching first skills - how to balance with your arms out, how to land with your knees bent. Lots of fun songs and high energy.

I have done this program with my 2 daughters since they were 1 - they are now 4 and 3 - both LOVE going every week and even play Monkeynastix" at home setting up circuits and doing their exercises!! They love learning the sports and look forward to it every week. The staff is amazing and the girls love them!! I love that they are learning healthy habits and the important of physical activity and healthy food!!"

My daughter attended a class here once a week in one of their programs. She really enjoyed herself and learned a lot from the girls teaching the classes. A great place for little ones to learn the basic movements for various sports.

My Daughter did not seem to like it, did not want to go back. Said the fitness instructor was too ruff with her, wont ever give them my money again!.
