They are great to deal with I have sealed with them long before they even had cell phones it was back in the day of pagers when I started dealing with them. All my cell phone I get from them. One year I went to another dealer and was the worst thing I ever did service was taxable at that other dealer. That was the one an only time I ever went any were else

Service was terrible my stepbrother went in there with a problem with his phone not charging. They said it was the cord 60.00 dollars later same problem. The lady said well its charging on there charger gave a song and a dance about a technican getting called in so the phone would have to be sent away. And if there is nothing wrong you have to pay so we switched providers very poor service

This man at the touch unwired booth in Intercity mall deleted everything off my phone when he was checking to see if my cell was locked to another service provider. He said he had never see that happen before and was acting like it couldn't have been him. I went up to the touch unwired building in PA and they pretty much just told me oops well your stuff is all gone have a good day" I am a understandably angry at how little they cared."

Terrible service by female staffer. Unsmiling and unfriendly, dismissive and passive aggressive. Did not sign on to Tbaytel because of frosty reception. Couldn’t imagine the reaction if I ever had an issue to deal with…new customer? NOT!

Unprofessional and rude staff. Wouldn't answer questions regarding tbaytel cell phones even though they are a tbaytel dealer location.
