I have always struggled feeling comfortable going to the dentist but have no fear going to south pointe dental. Not only are they excellent in patient care but they are efficient, work well with financial plans, and work so well as a team which makes it even more comfortable of an environment to be in. I can’t say enough about this place and always recommend to my friends and family

Friendly dental staff but I wasn't satisfied with my appointment. They told me I needed more work than I actually needed. Clean and professional dental office overall but the price was outrageous.

I went to southpointe last night for the first time and I must say they were amazing. I had two cavities filled and one was VERY deep and when I woke up this morning there was absolutely no pain, it feels like they were not even in my mouth. Great job and you now have a customer for life.

Absolutely the best teeth cleaning experience in my life!!! I normally have to have freezing, however, Jordan used alternative and I am so happy to say it was ok. She was so very informative ,kind and gentle, with any suggestions written down . Honestly have never said I enjoyed my dentist visit!! Dr. Kai was informative and kind as well. . Also, here’s to the front reception staff!! Very kind , patient and informative. All in all , I am not afraid to go back !! Thank you so very much to all !! ❤️

Dental work is always uncomfortable, but Dr. Kia and Jose made both of my operations quite bearable. The girls at the front desk are also quite a hoot, you can tell they enjoy their work!

For the past 4 years I haven't smiled.A tough divorce and putting my kids first put me on the back burner.... Today I finally can smile again...I broke into tears and couldn't stop looking in the mirror. The best dental experience I've ever had and I will always return to this location.

Abandonment, malpractice,lack of professionalism from reception and dishonesty. Very rude unprofessional receptionist named delaney that refuses to let you talk to a manager then proceeds to complain to the same manager she refused to let you speak to then proceeds to sabatoge your childrens dental care. The dental receptionist pushed and cohersed me for a root canal on a baby tooth of my 7yr old daughter and did not listen to my better judgement to extract and put a spacer in. They botched the job the dentists discussed it my daughter heard that the composite did not stick and they rushed through anyways and told me nothing. My daughter informed me and showed me the loose crown. I called and she has been sick ever since. I called today and they were to inspect and not treat it. They cancelled the appointment because i was upset with their lack of care to my daughter. Refusing to treat their possibly life threatening mistake is absolute malpractice. For the record i was never rude in person i was understandably upset over the phone delaney after her most unprofessional attitude over the phone cancelled and refused my daughter treatment and i have record my call. They have since abandoned my son for treatment while his visits are completly seperate with his father they dropped him after the malpractice on my daughter. The came out to my car as i am told im not allowed inside the office. The dentist admitted that this was a pulpotomy not a root canal.and it will likely wrot out and he would have suggested a spacer and extraction like I said had the cohersion of their horrible receptionists not have happened. The dentist admitted that there could be a risk of bacterial infection to the jawbone with the crown not being sealed properly and just basically tacked around the crown it was not bonded properly. They know another dentist wont touch another dentists work im appalled at how theyve treated my children! Avoid this place

I've been into many dental clinic but my experience here amaze me. There is no other dental clinic like South Pointe Dental. Staffs are very accomodating, approachable, and knowledgeable in everything they do..they will treat you like VIP. The dentist, you won't feel intimidation when you ask questions, he always pay attention and listen to your concern.., he'll let you finish your talking before he talks. Professionalism with respect. KUDOS to all the staffs and to Dr. Terrence Myers!!! Excellent job!!I'm bringing my whole family to your clinic.

The first time ever I paid less than the quote. The doctor was awesome with my kid and made sure he was comfortable. I definitely recommend
